Rude and Unprofessional The service advisor Marty Carr never calls. You always have to call him to get an update on your vehicle. Had my vehicle 10 days prior and did not rep The service advisor Marty Carr never calls. You always have to call him to get an update on your vehicle. Had my vehicle 10 days prior and did not replace a part that needed to be replaced then and wanted to charge me double labor to replace it after the fact. Service manager Kevin proceeded to try and charge me for a rental car when my car wasn’t fixed right the first time. Then argued with me on the phone about the length of the rental when his advisor never called me and didn’t even know my car was there for 4 days. Finally worked with me but only because I am in the same business as a service advisor and I knew how a customer should be treated. They clearly did not want to do the right thing until I complained. More

Quick and almost sweet I brought my Encore in for an oil change at 8:30am and dropped it off with Dave Goggins. The great thing is my car was ready within 90 minutes. There I brought my Encore in for an oil change at 8:30am and dropped it off with Dave Goggins. The great thing is my car was ready within 90 minutes. There were a couple of weird things that occurred though. One of my rims were cleaned and polished to be super shiny and the other three were not. Did someone not finish the job of cleaning my car/wheels or was it not supposed to happen at all? Also, when I came to pick up my car I went to where my service rep, Dave Goggins was sitting and told him I was there to pick up my car. I was immediately passed off to another service person whose name I did not catch to get my paperwork and collect my keys. While he was looking for my paperwork, another gentleman who I assumed worked at the service dept came over with another customer to ask Dave something while I was still standing there and didn’t even excuse himself for potentially interrupting us, so that was rude. I hope this isn’t the norm at King Buick GMC. More
