He, along with his Manager Kevin, gave an honest fair offer that beat Carmax and other offers I received. Mayeed even stayed late to accommodate my work hours. I could not ask for more. More
Service Dept. Manager (Kevin) will wreck your vehicle After GMC Buick did my oil change in Sept. 2018, my transmission started to slip three weeks after I left work. I took it back to the GMC dealership o After GMC Buick did my oil change in Sept. 2018, my transmission started to slip three weeks after I left work. I took it back to the GMC dealership on 10/13 thinking it was a minor issue like a fuse or something. After 5 hours, the service tech stated my transmission was tamper with and I basically needed a new transmission. This was a shock to my wife because my vehicle is under 50,000 miles and all my service has been done by GMC for as along as I own the vehicle. The tech made insinuations of fraud so I asked to speak to the service manager Kevin. He sat down and basically said the same thing and wouldn’t take accountability for the botch job they did on my truck. Kevin states that “We don’t make money doing oil changes, we make money fixing problems.” How ironic I now have a $3800 problem. Instead of going off on those people, I called GMC corporate and open a case against the dealership. Corporate tried to help out with the issue over the next week. I got a text from GMC referring me to complete a survey about my experience with GMC. I gave them a negative rating. Kevin (service manager) personally called my cell phone on Thursday retaliating against the survey that GMC offer me to fill out and told me to get my truck off their property even though GMC corporate was working their case against them. His justification is that they’re an independent dealership and they can do whatever they want. I got a tow truck and pull my truck of the property. This dealership violated my 1st amendment right of Freedom of Speech and damage my truck and no one at that service department is being held accountable. This is why I am filing this complaint. More

When your engine fails! Once again the fine folk at King Buick/GMC came to my rescue. For unknown and unfathomable reasons, my old Buick died over the weekend and I had lots Once again the fine folk at King Buick/GMC came to my rescue. For unknown and unfathomable reasons, my old Buick died over the weekend and I had lots to do, having just returned from vacation, getting back to work, and getting ready for family visits. It's not fun when you're a senior, senior citizen and have all this on your table. Thankfully, the "boys" at King had several solutions, not all reasonable in economically on my budget, but they worked with me to find a vehicle I could handle. Now I'm back on the road with a new, 2017 model Buick Regal Turbo, which must have known that I was going to need her and waited for me. Thank you Buick and your team at King!!! More

Re-setting the TPMS sensors on my 2017 Encore I took my Encore in on a Saturday, 10/27/18, for the Service Department to reset the car's TPMS sensors, and to check the soft brake pedal. They did this work, under warranty, in a short amount of time. More
Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!! I recently bought a used car from King that is still under manufacturer warranty. The radio and remote start work occasionally and the car is infested I recently bought a used car from King that is still under manufacturer warranty. The radio and remote start work occasionally and the car is infested with ants. The service department reprogrammed the radio and it worked great on the ride that day but it was back to not working again the next morning. When I suggested they replace the radio under the manufacturer warranty I was told I should probably go to a Cadillac dealership by the general manager of the dealership and he told me he’s not sure what to do about the ants (I guess it’s longer longer his concern because it’s my car now) This is all within 3 days of owning the car and the dealership does not want to be bothered with my problems because they already got my $31,000.00. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist is rude, the first service advisor I dealt with acted like he was doing me favor by scheduling my car for the radio reprogram and the day I brought it be reprogrammed he said I needed to deal with another service advisor (who was already booked for the day) so they ended up keeping my car for two days to reprogram my radio. I was originally told it would be a two hour service but after they passed my service ticket around it took two days. I will never bring my car back for service or repairs or purchase from them again. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!!! I called a Cadillac dealership who has been extremely friendly and is taking care of the issues with the car. More

At 9:20am, I was told everything was done but was told that I would need a transmission fluid service between 45-50k miles on my truck anyway, so I should asked how long it would take, he said 45 minutes, so I said okay. I was not told of an attributed cost to said service, and since I had purchased extended coverage when I purchased the truck that I was told "Covered all maintenance costs upfront", I didn't think it was going to cost me extra. At 11:20am I am told my truck is done, and taken to the service counter where I am greeted by a very polite attendant, and told I owe 280+$ for my bill. I said that I have the "cover all maintenance" plan, and she checks with Dave and is informed then that -no- plan offers transmission service coverage. I am infurriated at this point, pay, and wait another 10-15 minutes for my truck to be brought around. I pull up my service plan paperwork when I get home to be told I indeed do not have any coverage. So I am pretty upset at this point. More
