Fran Adelizzi, General Manager of Kindle Auto Plaza, is a dishonest and dishonorable person. The Lincoln Certified Vehicle program is a lie. I bought a "certified" Lincoln in September. Service technician confirmed flat spots and cupping on tires due to extended time setting on lot. Adelizzi said he would replace 2 tires. When vehicle was in service department to have tires installed, he called me and said he would not lose money on me and to go to Chapman for my vehicle needs. More
