I recently took one of my F-250's to Kindle Ford for a nagging front end steering issue that another local Ford dealer had told me they had "repaired 100%" while still under my manufacturers warranty. Come to find out the lower and upper ball joints had gone bad and needed to be replaced, but now my original warranty is expired and I am left hanging in the breeze with a repair that will cost thousands of dollars. I explained to Luke Wilson and Paul Stadnicar my situation with having taken my vehicle to another dealer first while under warranty. They contacted Ford Motor Company and were issued the proper documents to cover the work under my original expired warranty. I cannot be more in debt to these two gentlemen. We saw a Mercury Mariner on the lot & decided that was "the car". After getting a price quote, we decided to sleep on it. We arrived the next morning to find it sold.
