I do not like going to car dealerships. That being said, yesterday was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had! I recently financed a used Ford Escape from Kindle. The overall experience was great. I had been to another local dealer the previous day and wasn't treated with respect or courtesy after which I ended up overall experience was great. The following day I went to Kindle and was greeted by Robbie Walker, who showed a ton of enthusiasm and knowledge about the vehicles. He was more than accommodating and worked with me to test drive several vehicles, decide on the right one for me and get to the monthly payment that I desired. As a first time independent buyer Robbie and the staff at Kindle made everything easy and far less intimidating than I had thought the process would be.
