We had been in Cape May for a vacation and had some issues with our Jeep needing service. Loretta was wonderful to "squeeze" us into her schedule to get our Jeep back to us as quickly as possible. We had to utilize a rental car and Blaine had helped to place us in one. Being on vacation, this is not what we had on our itinary, but Loretta and Blaine made It effortless and a pleasure to deal with the situation. So much so, that we ended up coming back to Cape May the next weekend and scheduled to get our oil changed while we were in the area. Again, we were in and out of the Quick Lanes very quickly.
