His temporary tags were good until the 20th of August, as of the 25 he has not received his new motor vehicle information. He was given the option of a rental (He can't afford the up front money to rent) at no cost(HA HA) or don't drive the car. This is quite unexceptible!!!! Purchase an $18,800. SUV to sit in the driveway because of inefficency of your office staff. I have purchased many vehicles and sent numerous people to you for automobiles/trucks but this is not sitting well. It will be difficult for me to recommend your agency with this recent dealings.
