The most important values that the people that we dealt with, and by the way this is the second purchase in 3 years, is their sincerity, honesty and trustworthiness. Thank God I had Mark Mentzer. He was friendly, patient, funny, helpful I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Rating Mark on a scale of 1 to 10, I would put him as an 11. I have avoided purchasing another vehichle for two years because of the usual pressure of salespeople. Just by chance I saw a Certified 2011 Lincoln MKX for sale at Kindle Auto Plaza and decided to test d because of the usual pressure of salespeople. Just by chance I saw a Certified 2011 Lincoln MKX for sale at Kindle Auto Plaza and decided to test drive this vehicle. As I entered the showroom I was met with a friendly smiling man, introducing himself as Brian Losch. Brian turned out to be the most NON PRESSURING SALESMAN I have ever met. Brian suggested I test drive several vehicles and permitted me to take two vehicles home on different nights so that my husband and I I could get the "feel" of the vehicles. As a result a purchase was made. Brian Losch is an asset to the Kindle Auto Plaza and I would highly recommend this salesman to any of my friends. My one concern and this has no reflection on Brian was before purchasing this certified vehicle I found two machanical problems: one was the brakes and the other the front seats not heating properly. The Service Dept. kept my vehicle an extra day to correct the problems and when I came to the dealership to purchase the car I was told by th e Service Dept.the problems were corrected. Believing this statement, I didn't test drive this vehicle before purchasing and since then I have been dealing with the fact that the front seats barely heat up! I have had it back to Kindle's Service Dept. and have not had an adiquate response to this problem. December 10th I had it in for service and at that time Paul Stadnicar, Service Manager, was supposed to research this issue and promised to call me the next day. As of today, December 18th I have had no message from him! So much for SERVICE In Rating the Dealership I responded with my ratings of Brian Losch only. He is a shining asset to your organization. More

I went in to have my Mercury Milan serviced and to check the check engine light on the vehicle. I explained to the person who checked me in, we are in Kindle Care and the check engine light is on. I also ex the check engine light on the vehicle. I explained to the person who checked me in, we are in Kindle Care and the check engine light is on. I also explained to him my husband and I both work for the Government and were on a tight budget at the moment and can only afford a certain amount could he please call for the repair cost before they make any. He assured me they always do. I explained the problem was the fuel gage when the check engine light came on that is what the panel said. I had the car looked at previously about this and they fixed it, however it didn't take long for the same thing to happen. We left the center and an hour later I received a call from the attendant explaining my tires a low tread and I need new tires. I told him there is no way I can afford that I just told you before I left I was more concerned with the check engine light. He said you really need new tires I suggest that, I again had to tell him no. I also reiterated the check engine light and fuel gage problem. He said there was not check engine light on when they received the car. I my husband showed him before we left. Well when I arrived on site to pick up the car, I was greeted by Blain Paynter which at this point took the time to explain about the check engine light and they tried to find the issue with a full diagnostic on the car with no charge. I was under the assumption with Kindle Care and the extra $2500.00 I paid for the extended service plan with Kindle a full diagnostic was covered anyway for the premium cost. I did look at the Multi-Point Inspection Checklist provided and noticed the first check was green for, "Operation of horn, interior lights, exterior lamps, turn signals, hazard and brake lamps" I notated quietly to Blain Paynter the driver side head lamp blew out two nights ago. He seemed to be upset, not with me, however grabbed the keys to retrieve the car to bring it back in to check. I was ready to go, the car has been there for 3-4 hrs and I will have to get it fixed later. Over all this service center may have a few flaws but the people are nice and welcoming, I trust them with my vehicles and service. I have only dealt with Blain Paynter when I have taken my work and private vehicles in there in the past. I can say he is very assertive and polite. I find him to care about customer service and never does he show a bad attitude, for that I thank him. The only thing I wish different of this service department is to update your program to show when your profile is brought up that you have purchased the extended service plan so the attendant can better direct the service. The others never see this until I have to remind them, then when they look deeper they see it in my profile on the computer. I would 100% recommend Kindle Auto Care Service Department for your vehicle needs. More
