I was shopping for a new vehicle for about 6 months and I had been to visit Mark Mentzer in September '13 looking at Ford Fusions. Mark was great with helping me determine which vehicle would meet my needs and budget. I got all the features I wanted and am very satisfied. I would recommend Mark highly. I went to Kindle Auto Plaza to purchase a used SUV. Having never purchased a vehicle before, I was a little nervous about being taken advantage of. Once at the dealership I was met by Tony Canesso, who offered to let me test drive the two vehicles I'd been considering. Tony was very helpful and explained the basics of the two models without overwhelming me with a lot of information. Once we returned to the dealership, Tony had a scheduled appointment he had to attend to, so he had Mark Mentzer help me the rest of the way. Mark was the answer to my prayers! He made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. Mark helped me to figure out the best car for my budget and I know I got a great deal on the vehicle I chose. I know that when it's time for me to purchase my next vehicle I'll be visiting Mark. The entire staff at Kindle Auto Plaza was super friendly, too. This was an extremely positive buying experience for this first-time buyer! More
