The best!! I was shopping for a new Ram 2500, saw a special AEV model on the lot at Kindle in stone harbor. Let me just say first that I really don't like high I was shopping for a new Ram 2500, saw a special AEV model on the lot at Kindle in stone harbor. Let me just say first that I really don't like high pressure sales techniques. I was simply going to check out what the Rams looked like. While looking at the trucks on the lot a sales person came out (Mark Hampton), I told him I was just looking and wanted to check out the new AEV ram models ( very hard to find special models). Kindle happened to have several that they ordered. Mark was very knowledgable and explained all the different options that the truck had. I told Mark that I was just looking and was not really in any hurry to purchase a vehicle, just doing my homework before buying. Mark was very courteous and there was no pressure or hard sell at all, he said when you are ready just give us a call. I stopped back several times after that to look at the AEV Ram and he seemed very concerned that I get exactly what I wanted in options on a new truck and if they didn't have what I wanted on the lot he could either locate one or even if we had to, order one. Again, no high pressure sales. I was finally ready to buy one, We chose one of the AEV models, Mark and the manager could not have been nicer made me an amazing deal and a great price for my trade! Again, no hard pressure now that I use their financing, offered to arrange it but I had already got outside financing. He coordinated the new car prep and my insurance for me, made the transaction truly seamless! Every person that I came in contact with at that dealership made me feel like a million dollars that day, every person congratulated me that works there and said what a great truck I bought. I'm not one to write reviews online like this and this review is long overdue ( I bought the truck in August), but that is how much I really liked my experience at Kindle in stone harbor , that I still look at my truck and think what an amazing truck it is and the amazing experience I had with Mark Hampton and Kindle!! This is not a made up review this is the real experience at Kindle my only regret is that I did not get to tell Mr Kindle in person what a great job he has done putting together such a great dealership and team, Again, I never write these reviews, but I had to take a few minutes to write this one for this amazing sales person Mark Hampton and Kindle! Every day I look at my new truck and smile when I get into it! Thank you! More

I read all about the new ford fusion sport and became very interested in this car. I went to my local ford dealership to check out this car because I knew that they had one in stock. I was approached by a very aggressive salesperson who wanted to sell me the car on the spot. I'm retired law enforcement and sold cars for three years after my retirement so I told him that I know the "game" very well and to just give me the best price on the fusion sport with the equipment that I wanted. He beat feet to his managers office and came back with a figure. After I stopped laughing I thanked him for the entertaining information and walked out. I then got on the internet and checked out the new car inventories of a few more local dealerships. Within a few hours I received a call from Brian Losch of Kindle Auto Plaza. He stated that he had seen me looking for the fusion sport and to come on down and take a test drive in one. After talking to him on the phone, I liked the way he talked. That Saturday my wife and I drove down to the dealership to check it all out. We were both very impressed with Brian and the way he conducted. business. We took a test drive and both of us were very impressed with the car. We told him that we were trading in my present car so he had my trade evaluated as we talked. My wife and I had already decided that we were going to lease and we told Brian this. To make a long story short he came back with all the figures. He was giving us a great deal on both my trade and on the fusion sport. He never pushed us into anything . He was selling just like I sold cars when I was in the business. We decided that day to do business with Brian and Kindle . It was the best car buying(leasing) experience that I have ever had. I highly recommend Brian and Kindle Auto Plaza to anyone looking for a vehicle. We will be back!!! More
It couldn't possibly have been a more pleasurable experience I destroyed my '09 F-150 in a collision on Friday evening 10/14, and not being able to be without a truck, I spent the next morning online reviewing t I destroyed my '09 F-150 in a collision on Friday evening 10/14, and not being able to be without a truck, I spent the next morning online reviewing the inventories of the 4 area Ford dealers. Kindle was the only one which had in stock the exact truck I wanted, so by mid-afternoon I had decided to take a nice 70ish autumn Saturday ride down on 2 wheels to take a look at it. I was acknowledged by several sales dept staff as I walked around the lot, and was told to ask if I wanted help with anything, or had any questions; I was thinking, this is MY KIND OF PLACE! What a pleasure to be able to walk around the lot and look at the truck inventory by myself WITHOUT being descended upon from 6 different directions by high-pressure salespeople tripping over each other to assume that they should tell ME what I wanted, as I've experienced at other dealerships over the past 45 years. When I was satisfied that the truck that I had seen in their online inventory, and now up close on their lot, was the truck I wanted, I walked into the sales office/showroom and was greeted by Denise Kennedy-Watson, who sat me down and attentively and empathetically listened to my story and got the paperwork started in a fashion that only can be described as familial. She went above and beyond what I would expect a salesperson to do in order to get me a final price and financing deal that I can live with as a retired senior citizen on a fixed income; and she did it with the speed and efficiency of an extremely competent professional which gave me peace of mind that everything was right. She didn't try to sell me any add-ons that I didn't want, like I've experienced at other dealerships, just explained their availability to me and allowed me to decide; she gave me references to providers of optional equipment in which I expressed an interest in adding at a later date after I took possession of the truck, and even helped me download the Ford Pass APP to me Smart phone. Since it was then 5:30 on a Saturday, I decided to take possession on Monday; when I arrived to sign all the final paperwork on Monday, my wife and I were introduced by Denise to Scott Brown, who deftly guided us through the actual purchase and received our down payment. During the process I had mentioned to both Denise and Scott the fact that I had purchased my very first motor vehicle from the Kindle dealership back in 1971, but had moved north after that and bought from other dealers since then solely due to geography and time constraints. It's great to be back home! More

I found a couple of trucks online at Kindle and stopped for test drive. Found the truck that I liked then My salesperson Denise found some very nice ford rebates . Then Fran came in and helped with the final numbers and I bought my truck! Both very nice and no pressure. Thanks guys More
