When vehicle was in service department to have tires installed, he called me and said he would not lose money on me and to go to Chapman for my vehicle needs. More
When I first bought my Ford F-150 at kindle auto plaza I trusted the entire staff but after checking my paperwork for 2 months later I found out that they overcharged me $800 on my on the sticker price and trusted the entire staff but after checking my paperwork for 2 months later I found out that they overcharged me $800 on my on the sticker price and when I saw that they overcharged me I got in touch with the owner and at first he didn't want to pay me back but after much deliberation with him I did get the money back but why would they charge me overcharge me $800 and some dollars that was certainly a dishonest act if it wasn't by mistake More
Purchased many cars from this dealer and have had great experiences with sales and service. My only concern is Fran who makes me wonder why I ever return. He is obnoxious, rude, and arrogant to his sales experiences with sales and service. My only concern is Fran who makes me wonder why I ever return. He is obnoxious, rude, and arrogant to his sales team and customers. He makes no real attempt to keep a returning customer and local and often changes from his original decision. The only reason I would not recommend this dealership is for the management department, mainly Fran, otherwise, I think the rest of the team is great and service is awesome. So, it was a tough decision on whether or not I would recommend since Fran seems to ruin it for everyone else. I would recommend for the sales team and service. More
