Every time I'm at the dealership for service I stop in and see him and he always remembers my wife's name and is upbeat and friendly. Every person I have worked with at Kimberly Car City, service department, finance, the girls at the pay window, or other employees who I happen to come across all treat me like I'm a VIP. Have I had problems with my vehicles, yes. Every car you buy has something you want fixed over the life of the vehicle. Am I satisfied on how they take care of the problems? Very satisfied. Why? Because it goes back to how they treat you like a VIP or an inside friend. They take the time to explain things to you and what is the best recourse. Not one employee has talked down about the dealership. I think they all like working there. Must be a good employer. I have never bought brand new, always used. You would think that I was buying a $100,000.00 vehicle the way they go over everything. They don't brow beat you into buying a lot of extras, they inform you about what they have and then let you decide. Over the last 30 years I have bought cars from all the major dealerships in the area, but I have found that at Kimberly they don't treat you like a sales number to be forgotten and on to the next sale. They really want repeat business. Don't know who the boss is there but he has a good crew and should be proud of them. I will continue to patronize Kimberly Car City and will recommend to friends and family. More

Once, just to look at a model and another so we could pick it up at our convenience. They were by far the best staff we dealt with on our half dozen dealership journey to find the right vehicle.
