They try to do the best for the customer and work hard to keep your business. From sales to service this is a great dealership to work with and I would recommend them to others. More
Excellent Customer Service I am very particular when it comes to making a big purchase. This was my first Jeep and I wanted it to be perfect for me. After a few weeks of Patrick I am very particular when it comes to making a big purchase. This was my first Jeep and I wanted it to be perfect for me. After a few weeks of Patrick trying to find a Jeep that had all of the options I wanted in the color I wanted with no avail we finally decided that it would be best for me to order one specifically for me. Patrick made the process very easy and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle. There have been several times since the purchase that Patrick has gone out of his way to accommodate my needs. His dedication to me as a customer certainly did not stop at the delivery of the vehicle and I could not be more satisfied. More

Called to check on truck at 3 pm & was told it was not in yet, but would be next. Called in at 12:30 next day & truck still not in. went in at 4 pm & truck still outside. Talked to service manager & was told how busy the were & an appointment did not mean they would work on my truck then. Took my truck & went home. Sent registered letter to store manager on 8-26-16 to let him know about my treatment at his dealership. As of today 9-5-16 I have had no response. Took my truck to another Ram dealer today & they pulled it in & started working on it. More
The service department is the worst! I have nothing but problems with the service department since buying a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I have had a tire that has been losing air since I got it I have nothing but problems with the service department since buying a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I have had a tire that has been losing air since I got it and after trying to correct it. They can't even seem to rotate right. The tire with the pressure issue was on the left front when I had them rotate the tires they moved it to the right front rather than the right rear where it should have been placed. The only reason I know this because the warning light came on and I went to where the tire with the problem was not in back where it should have been. To try and hide the problem they would over inflate the tires. All the other tires always have the same amount of pressure. I have tried talking to them but my efforts fall on deaf ears. More
Thank You Rick Rick was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and to call him at anytime if we had anymore. Poster child for poor service. The poster child for failing to hear what the customer is saying. I made an appointment for 56k service on my Jeep Rubicon which is oil/filter change The poster child for failing to hear what the customer is saying. I made an appointment for 56k service on my Jeep Rubicon which is oil/filter change plus tire rotation. The service writer insisted it was the 50k service no matter how many times I tried to correct him. After I dropped the car off a week later, they called and again insisted the service was 50k and that I also needed an additional $700 of "recommended" service. When I told the caller that I wanted the service indicated in the owners manual for 56k, all of a sudden the caller began saying she couldn't hear me. I finally had to hang up after repeated attempts to get her to acknowledge what I wanted. Bottom line, I'll have to try someplace else for routine service. FYI, DID NOT REPLY TO MY INITIAL ONLINE SERVICE REQUEST ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THE EMAIL THEY SENT LATER HAS A BOGUS RETURN ADDRESS. More
New Van We will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Very unhappy purchased a new Town &Country van in 2014. The whole experience was not good We will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Very unhappy purchased a new Town &Country van in 2014. The whole experience was not good. The day we bought it the automatic lift gate broke. Had to take it back in for parts to be ordered and it repaired. Left the van there to save trips back in fourth for parts to come in &have it serviced. They gave us a new van off the lot to drive till ours was done. When we returned the loaner van which when I left in it was on empty. So they had me put gas in and save receipts for $ back. The day I returned it they complained about how much gas I'd spent and complained about the miles. Well I have 4 kids that are in private school that I have to travel to East Moline 2 times a day we live in Milan. Seriously if our new van hadn't broke the day we bought it that would have been on my miles and my dime. Was not treating well at all they did after complaining refund the gas $. Now our van still covered under warranty mind you the seat belt in the rear broke. Took the van in 2 weeks ago to have it looked at they were suppose to order néw rear seat belt and would call once in to schedule service. Called today got nothing but the run around and suprise suprise they never even order the part which should have took 2 days to come in. So not happy they never even called me back after calling twice. I just ordered the part I need today from Green dealership since it's covered under warranty. It will be in 2 days and putting on end of this week. Ridiculous what we've been through purchasing a 30,000 plus vehicle never again will we do business with Kimberly Car City. Forgot to mention when we bought the van they didn't clean it out well either had to have it redone. More

Talk is cheap here, but your car payment won't be I dealt with Rick. I was looking at buying a vehicle, and he did the standard used car sales pitch--took me for a test drive, talked up the vehicle. I I dealt with Rick. I was looking at buying a vehicle, and he did the standard used car sales pitch--took me for a test drive, talked up the vehicle. I got the standard low ball offer for my trade, and having access to CarGurus, I went in knowing that they had overpriced their vehicle. So I decided to hold off on purchasing, but still, at that point I was still semi-impressed with the dealership, and I left thinking that I'd still like to do business with them. A week passes. I contact Rick and ask him if he'd found any vehicles within my price parameters. He offered me the same vehicle at about $700 less (i.e., still not within the budget parameters I'd outlined). I told him that wouldn't work for me, but that I'd check in with him again. When I contacted him again, he simply stopped responding. I guess he figured I was wasting his time. Little did he know that I had the cash to make a deal then and there--if they had offered a reasonable price, they would have made the sale. As it turns out, the vehicle they were trying to sell was in a wreck. They HAD listed it with the free CarFax, but for some reason CarFax didn't start reporting the accident from a year earlier until a month after they had it posted online for sale. I have no idea how something like that could even happen, but it certainly raises an eyebrow as to whether or not Car City knew about the accident beforehand (and let's face it--anyone worth their salt in repair or a body shop can tell, so it should have been identified by their inspection if they bothered to do one). But the bottom line is that they still haven't sold the vehicle in question, and they lost a potential customer because they didn't think my business was worth their time and effort. Meanwhile, I went and purchased a brand new vehicle elsewhere that I couldn't be happier with. More

Emailed an inquiry directly to Kimberly about this car at 8am and still received no response by 6pm. Called dealership and the Sales Manager Corey advised me that the car 'lost' its CPO about a week ago and it is not 'their fault' the BMW site has incorrect information. Laughed when I said I had wasted my time and that they should show valid information in regards to CPO. Terrible Experience More
