The first year after purchase I was nearly finished with the service department but they changed management and the past 3 years have been markedly better and now I will buy from Bob again due to this tremendous improvement. I met Kris and we had a brief conversation about what I was looking for (a very specific color/spec M4) and could tell right away that Kris was not your regular salesman, but instead an honest to goodness "car guy" who would help me through every step of the process. I was able to complete my entire transaction via email and phone and Kris kept me informed during every step of my BMW's build and trip here to the US.
