Dave fought hard to get approved for the new car, and at an affordable price. Dave reassured me every step of the way that he was fighting for my best interest - not his - because I am "part of the BMW family." He constantly reminded me that that counts for a lot. Working with him was very reassuring. Dave took care of everything from beginning to end. From he moment I walked in the showroom and was greeted with a trip to the coffee machine, to finding the perfect car for me, to getting me a loaner while they waited on paperwork, to giving me regular updates on the process, to constant reassurances, to helping me clean out my old car, to putting a ribbon and bow on the new one, to giving me an instructional tour of the new car, to following up with me a couple days later -- Dave did it all.
