The Rob Hentzel Experience As I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the greatest car salesman I have ever met, Rob Hentzle. Not only was he polite, always smiling, and a As I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the greatest car salesman I have ever met, Rob Hentzle. Not only was he polite, always smiling, and an honest guy. He took me directly to my dream car, 2013 Toyota Corolla, of course. Then a few days into getting my car I noticed my key didn't work on my trunk, I needed a key fob, and a piece of the interior of the car had popped out of place. So I went back to see Rob. He immediately fixed the interior by pushing it back into place. Followed by going inside to retrieve a phone number I can call to get keys. Rob Hentzel is the best car salesman ever. More
Good dealer to work with. Knowledgable about product. Salesman knew the product well and was very curious leading up through the sale. After the sale, there were a few key features that needed to be reviewed that I had to learn on my own like steering correction, engine stop and reversing with trailer. Would suggest all sales people be aware of these features because even though I've driven Jeeps since 1997, this caught me off guard. I see the question below about putting part of the sale on a credit card. I did not even think about this. Wish I would have had that option as I might have used this option. After the sale, I was hoping the sales person was still willing to talk to me about the Jeep. I called back several times with questions/comments and the conversation seemed very hurried. Just a simple, "is there anything else I can help you with" at the end of the call would have made the conversation not seem as hurried. Overall good experience and I would come back to this dealership. More
Bad experience at BMW center during road trip I purchased a brand new BMW elsewhere the day before, and was driving it cross-country, There were just a few quirks I had questions about, so I pulle I purchased a brand new BMW elsewhere the day before, and was driving it cross-country, There were just a few quirks I had questions about, so I pulled off the interstate and into the lot at Kimberly BMW. When I walked in, an employee was sitting alone on the couch to the left (his name was Kris, I believe). Conversation went as follows: "Hi, my name is Daniel. I just bought a BMW yesterday and am driving it across country. I had a few quick questions for you." "Oh, well where did you buy it?" "I bought it in Indiana" "Well, it's pretty xxxxty for me to help you since you didn't buy it from me." [Awkward silence] He ended up answering my questions, but was a super crappy introduction to being in the BMW family. I was actually shocked the conversation went like that. He did help me, though, and maybe he was having a bad day or was trying to joke or something. So that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1, and on the general page and not his personal one. Left a horrible taste in my mouth. Very strange situation. More

The customer service was excellent - my salesman Chad Brakeman was very helpful, courteous, and communicated with me every step of the way, while Jason in finance came in on his day off to make sure all the paperwork was taken care of. I felt I got a great car for a great deal, and I will definitely recommend Kimberly Car City to my friends and family. More

From Service to Sales, I Highly Recommend Kimberly Air conditioning problems first took me to Kimberly in August 2012 and I purchased a Chrysler 200 from Rick Gilbreath. Recently, heating problems mean Air conditioning problems first took me to Kimberly in August 2012 and I purchased a Chrysler 200 from Rick Gilbreath. Recently, heating problems meant an expensive fix versus a trade but Scottie in the Service Department was great at laying out all the options. I ended up visiting Rick again and came home with a Dodge Journey (with working heat!). From the Service Department to the Sales Department, the Kimberly staff has always been great to work with by thoroughly explaining issues and laying out all options. I will definitely continue to visit Kimberly for upkeep on the Journey and for future vehicles. More
