Service above and beyond. So long story short, I had an issue on the drive home with a used car I purchased. Patrick guided me to this car and even recommended it over a new purchase because of the features I liked best that were not available on the new car building it the way I wanted it. While I came in with the intention of buying a new one, Patrick did not steer me at all. Car had an issue on the way home leaking a ton of power steering fluid and I was not very happy as I couldn't believe it wouldn't be evident while sitting at the dealer's lot. This is the first used car I've never taken to have an inspection done on and I felt I really got burned. I didn't feel the dealer would take care of it, however Patrick went out of his way to call me again when passing my hometown on the interstate on a weekend night on his time off. Long story short, brought the car back in, they gave me a loaner to drive and fixed the issue for me. On top of this all, I have a super busy schedule and my office is about 90m from the dealer. They are bringing the repaired car to me to exchange with the loaner because I can't get back over to the dealer in the next day or two. What could have been a horrible review has taken me to writing this glowing review of Patrick and the service guys at Kimberly BMW. I will likely eventually buy something new to replace it when this one has the miles piled on it and I will call Patrick first, but I will also give these guys first shot when buying fleet vehicles for my business. I can't say how happy I am with the overall outcome. More

Going above and beyond included the following: I needed help getting my truck I drove to the dealership home along with the car that I purchased that day. Though it was Chad's day off he followed me to Orion, IL. which was a 30 minute drive so I could drop off my truck. We went back to Kimberly Car City and I returned home with my new purchase. One item that stands out was the time he took to show me how to use the controls and features of the car. He also took the time to sync my smart phone to the car which was extremely helpful for me. If you go to Kimberly Car City in Davenport I strongly recommend you ask for Chad. I know if I am in the market again I will be working with him. More
