Don and everyone at Kimber Creek Ford were great to work with. Don was more than happy to get us information on the vehicle that helped us make our decision. Don knew we were coming from out of town and we with. Don was more than happy to get us information on the vehicle that helped us make our decision. Don knew we were coming from out of town and we did not have a lot of time. He had everything ready for us so we were in and out of there in less than 1.5 hr and that included going for a test drive ! The dealership design has to be one of the most unique dealerships I have ever been at. The dealership feels like a north woods lodge that was converted to be a car dealership, Thanks again ! More

New to this dealership. (Kimber Creek Ford) I was looking for a replacement MKZ. Don Gibbs found me a MKZ in less than a week! Don was understanding of my needs and very knowledgeable. The MKZ he found beat my expectations and I am pleased with it and all the people I worked with at the dealership. Awesome experience with Kris in the recent purchase of my Santa Fe. When we stopped in, I was really just browsing, not intending to purchase that day at all. After a test drive - and this wasn't just an a Santa Fe. When we stopped in, I was really just browsing, not intending to purchase that day at all. After a test drive - and this wasn't just an around the block test drive (we put on about 10 miles)!- I loved the vehicle so the process began. This was already late in the day, but Kris willingly stayed late to be sure we were happily on our way that afternoon with new (used) car. No pressure - freely provided car-fax review and answered the questions I had on it - explained a (tire pressure) light on in the dash - took the time to have me check every function and even paired my phone! License/new plates were due and Kris even delivered them to our home! Thank you Kris!! More
