New to this dealership. (Kimber Creek Ford) I was looking for a replacement MKZ. Don Gibbs found me a MKZ in less than a week! Don was understanding of my needs and very kno (Kimber Creek Ford) I was looking for a replacement MKZ. Don Gibbs found me a MKZ in less than a week! Don was understanding of my needs and very knowledgeable. The MKZ he found beat my expectations and I am pleased with it and all the people I worked with at the dealership. Will return in a few years to purchase another Lincoln. The real test will be when I bring in the MKZ for its first warranty service. Thanks to all at Kimber Creek Ford. More

Awesome experience with Kris in the recent purchase of my Santa Fe. When we stopped in, I was really just browsing, not intending to purchase that day at all. After a test drive - and this wasn't just an a Santa Fe. When we stopped in, I was really just browsing, not intending to purchase that day at all. After a test drive - and this wasn't just an around the block test drive (we put on about 10 miles)!- I loved the vehicle so the process began. This was already late in the day, but Kris willingly stayed late to be sure we were happily on our way that afternoon with new (used) car. No pressure - freely provided car-fax review and answered the questions I had on it - explained a (tire pressure) light on in the dash - took the time to have me check every function and even paired my phone! License/new plates were due and Kris even delivered them to our home! Thank you Kris!! More
