My husband and I have bought a handful of cars in our life from all over and hands down, Killeen Hyundai is top notch in every sense of the word. First off, I have been a loyal Hyundai customer since I turned 16. I loved my very first Tucson and wanted the 2023 version. My husband and I started our quest this past summer. We had looked at other Hyundai dealerships but we were either blown off or told "sorry we don't have anything" and shown the door. We gave up and decided to wait until the fall/winter time. We decided to reach out to Killeen. We got on the phone and spoke with Charles "Charlie" (one of the amazing managers). Even over the phone, my husband and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help us out and he even sent us photos of all the Tucsons they had on the lot! We made an appointment for Saturday but when we woke up Friday, we couldn't wait! On a rainy Friday morning we drove up to Killeen and immediately met with Charlie, who handed us over to Jamel. First off, this dealership has thought of everything! They have a snack center with literally every amazing snack you can think of set out for you. They also have a coffee, tea and soda machine. We all know the car buying experience can take a while, so having snacks and drinks available really DID make a nice difference. The dealership and restrooms are very clean and it smells really good (I know that's a weird thing to state but I'm telling you it does!). After test driving, we were able to make a relaxed no pressure deal. Jamel made us feel in control and was very knowledgeable. We loved getting to hang out with him! Finance was a whopping 18 minutes long and we were cruising out in the new Tucson. Highly recommend the amazing people at Killeen Hyundai! More
