I actually pulled into the parking lot by accident and then I met Lilly! She was fantastic - showed me my options, and once I picked the vehicle of choice, she got me in and showed me all the specs and fe then I met Lilly! The salesman was great and knew quite bit for being new to the job. The finance guy who came in midway through was pretty tough to work with compared to the finance guy we previously talked with at the for to the job. The finance guy who came in midway through was pretty tough to work with compared to the finance guy we previously talked with at the ford dealership. He wasn’t willing to work with me on my 2018 F150 trade in or the price of the car. It was a ”take it or leave it” attitude the entire process. He didn’t offer any financing alternatives for 72/84 months with better interests rates or offer to run my credit initially to see all the options. Finally ran my credit and told me I was approved for a “3 point something”(wouldn’t tell me the specific number) that was lower than the previous 3.9 offer and came back with a lower monthly payment. When it came time to sign the paperwork the interest rate was a 3.9. He did not offer explanations for changes in interest rates/monthly payment amounts for when we signed the paperwork vs when we discussed our options. I was not provided with honest information or all the information up front, but I had to buy a car given my circumstances that day, so I still followed through. Overall it was a struggle to get the bare minimum of accurate information and sufficient customer service out of finance. More
