Talked with Angel about trading in a vehicle. I asked lots of questions to which his response was "that's irrelevant", he was very rude, wouldn't make eye contact and wouldn't answer my questions I asked lots of questions to which his response was "that's irrelevant", he was very rude, wouldn't make eye contact and wouldn't answer my questions. Finally, he said are you going to buy this truck or not? I've bought several cars from this dealership over the years. This was the rudest person I have ever worked with. I didn't buy the vehicle, largely based on his rude behavior. I won't be back. I drove to Waco and purchased there. More
Killeen Ford was easy to deal with and has earned our business. Our salesman, Ranfi, was great. He is from New York but don’t hold that against him. Finance was top notch and wonderful to work with. Absolutely horrendous. Just want to point out that I did not purchase a vehicle from them. They increased the price of the vehicle I wanted by adding 2500 in protection Just want to point out that I did not purchase a vehicle from them. They increased the price of the vehicle I wanted by adding 2500 in protection crap that I specifically told them I did not want. Such as GPS protection. Paint protection and interior protection. Even if I did want it that price is absolutely ridiculous. The vehicle was already way over msrp and i was okay with that but then to ignore the customer and put protection on the quote that you don't want is crazy and it just disgusts me. Then on top of that they low balled the quote for my trade in and said they pay auction prices. They weren't even close to the trade in KBB price for trade in value and were over 15k less than what they actually sell for. I will never do any business with them and don't think anyone should. The experience with the salesman was great but with the manager and money guy was disgusting. More
Clean, well organized, displayed and professional establishment. Darius was loyal to his word and if he didn’t know the question I was asking, he would research and find it. Gerald was also part of the process and it clear he is a seasoned salesman and could quickly come to answer questions about new truck equipment and technology. Made a purchase, then a new Expedtition came in off the truck, so the sales, financial and Management team worked to swap out a new vehicle purchase to a new/new vehicle purchase. Customer service right there! Only thing I don’t like, & it is a sign of the todays times, is the vehicle mark ups. If your shopping, add 10k+ to the sticker price on the window. A good salesman will tell you the truth. Mine did. More
