I had a 9 am appointment. I was checked in by Shawn Lilley at 9:05 with "Wait" on the service ticket. An estimate of $200. was given in writing. A lube and oil change, tire rotation along with a front end alignment was requested and completed. No phone call, text, or notification by calling by name was received. After waiting 3 1/2 hours I went to the service desk. My service adviser was not available, the supervisor said " I have your ticket right here"!!!!!! Who knows how long I was sitting there waiting when I had other things to do. Obviously my time is not important. Maybe I should request a refund of "my time". My bill was $70. over the estimate. More
