I'm very upset I went to automax to get my heat fix and this is what happen to my vehicle. I have been there a couple of times for service and was disappointed. And one time I had to call the head GM Tim W this is what happen to my vehicle. I have been there a couple of times for service and was disappointed. And one time I had to call the head GM Tim Ward to try to help me get service on my vehicle. They dented my rocker panel due to the technician improperly lifting my vehicle. My car was in excellent condition and now in has very noticeable dents on my rocker panel. And they charge me $161 dollars More

Let me start out with saying I really enjoyed this job and I would love to still be apart of the company however I could not stand around any longer and work beside others who didn’t take accountability f and I would love to still be apart of the company however I could not stand around any longer and work beside others who didn’t take accountability for themselves, could not delegate and most importantly could not treat everyone as an equal. The service department itself has a great atmosphere and most genuinely care for their customers unfortunately my time as a rental agent was less than pleasant when it came to my coworkers i.e. the rental agents. I became a product of my environment and was brought into the office, as I should have been, however I felt as if I was treated unfairly because I was reflecting my mentor(s) she only after the fact admitted she does the same thing but “you just can’t do that and since I’m not your boss it’s not my responsibility to tell you otherwise” which is complete BS peer to peer coaching goes across many fields and jobs. I tried it was and was told that I was being “defensive”. That department will suffer if they continue to let said employees keep doing what they are doing. Half the time they’re MIA either getting coffee or sitting at a desk taking selfie’s or have salesmen from up top distracting them. They even talk on their phones with the speaker on on my last day there was an incident where the person on the other end of this personal call was letting the f word fly and the entire floor could hear it, we had kids in the building. I hope the owners see this review and take it something from it they deserve employees who actually want to work for them. More

I tried to give this dealership the opportunity to make things right. We had a meeting on Friday 10/16/2020 to talk about all if my concerns but that meeting turning into a sales meeting. I sent the following text on 10/17/2020 and have not heard back from anyone. Good morning. Just wanted to say thank you all for taking the time to meet with my husband & I yesterday. I do appreciate the time & consideration that was given however there are 3 things I would like to address. 1. All that meeting turn into was an opportunity for Automax to sell a car. At no point did Jesse address my vehicle and what Automax is going to do for me. Just repairing my vehicle is not enough. 2. If we are going to “talk” numbers and see what deal can be made then the last thing that I want to hear is about y’all making money off the trade. I have traded 2 cars with y’all. I know you make money off of what is given for a trade and what the trade is in turn sold for. If Automax is serious about making this whole situation right that maybe Automax looses money on this deal, you will recoup it off of another deal. 3. Jesse was just as rude & defensive in person as on the phone. He did not know a xxxx thing about anything. He did not research anything before calling me or meeting with me. He has not seen the damage to my car. He has not looked at the video. He just talked but had nothing to say. He was rude when he excused himself to take a call. Unless the building was on fire he should have waited to answer the call/text. And what really showed the kind of person he is is when the meeting ended he walked right out without a sincere apology or hand shake. Everyone else showed that respect and we do appreciate that. Again, thank you for your time and I look forward to completely resolving this entire issue as quickly as possible. Have a great day. No more waiting on them. I an reporting them to Ford. More

My 2019 Ford Explorer was taken into the shop with NO damage what so ever. After they had my vehicle for more then a week (and this was the 3rd time in for the same problem). I went to pick it up. My car damage what so ever. After they had my vehicle for more then a week (and this was the 3rd time in for the same problem). I went to pick it up. My car was brought around from the back, I was told to enjoy the rest of my and as I went to get in my SUV I noticed damage on the front drivers side bumper that went around the front of my car. Someone damaged my car and NO ONE reported it. Luckily I found it before I left the lot. They once again put me into a loaner and acted as if it was no big deal. I requested that the owner (Bradley or AG Whitis) contact me. It has been 4 days & nothing. I was told today that the owners separate themselves from situations like this and don’t usually reach out to the customer. Now I understand AutoMax will call you & email you like crazy when they are trying to sell you a car but once the deal is done they are done with you. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL place!!! I will NEVER do business with this place again and I WILL share my experience with everyone and on as many sites as possible. More
