When I went to sign, I thought I was signing for a $37K ish loan (Truck was just under $40K, we put $5K down and then with tax/title/license...should have been around $37-38K total). Paperwork said the loan was for just under $45K. They had added all these additional fees for GPS, windshield protection , dent repair, and tire and wheel (only for accidental). They said they always add these fees to new and used vehicles still under warranty and I asked why they weren't in the listed price then...BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT THEM UNTIL YOU SIGN! Price listed is not the bottom line. I asked if they could be removed and they proceeded to tell me my husband accepted them and was aware of them. I continued to sign, but asked my husband about them, and he told me they told him they couldn't be removed. I call BULL! You can always remove a protection plan if you don't want it. So my husband got one story and I got another. FYI, COUPLES TALK. Additionally when I was asking if after I spoke with my husband and we decided to remove them, they made fun of me... "you wanna live here without tire protection?!" And laughed. Flat out rude...feel free to "recommend" it in a professional way, but don't laugh if someone still elects to remove it. That is our risk we are willing to take and shouldn't affect you! Also, they messed up our trade in price on the document where they said we owed more even after we gave them the exact number. Now our loan has that additional amount included and we have to wait weeks to get that money back. I can guarantee these are all ways to get credit for a bigger sale! Can't remove a warranty (which CAN be removed), higher owed amount for our trade (when what we owed and what we got for the car should have been a wash...now it looks like we had to roll a loss into our loan). Finally my husband said the truck was still dirty when they gave the keys over to him. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT PAY MORE THAN STICKER (above t/t/l) AND JUST SALESMEN IN FOR THE SALE AND WILL DO/SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO PAY MORE. More

We had our 2019 Transit breakdown and had to take it to this dealership. Van was there for 8 weeks waiting to be repaired for an EGR valve. When I finally was able to pick it up in 30 minutes it broke down this dealership. Van was there for 8 weeks waiting to be repaired for an EGR valve. When I finally was able to pick it up in 30 minutes it broke down and I had to return to the dealership. They had forgotten to put the clamps back on and my antifreeze all leaked out. I am based 4 hours away and made it home to find my fuel is leaking everywhere. Had to take to Another dealership and they said that Killeen Ford forgot to put the fuel line clamp on. This is absolutely unbelievable. They should be banned from working on any vehicle. More

Ridiculously overpriced! And that's not even counting the $62 of "miscellaneous" fees they tried to add on top of the $70 for my "works" oil change. $330 for two hours of diagnosing. Too bad we don't have the option to give ZERO star to this awful place! They made us drive 60 miles after setting up an appointment for a test drive. Not to mention that he didn't offer me a seat and I had to pick a chair myself from another huddle. DO NOT waste your time or if you chose to do business with them, make sure to call in advance. Also, avoid Tim O. Zero professionalism, inconsiderate but mostly disrespectful. His lack of empathy is just shocking! More
