I recently brought my vehical in for service regarding a recall and another issue. Initially, communication was minimal. I recieved messages that a certain issue couldnt be duplicated, which when i was told recall and another issue. Initially, communication was minimal. I recieved messages that a certain issue couldnt be duplicated, which when i was told, i advised them that the "duplicatable issue" they were trying to find was more than likely nothing to do with what i was inquiring about. After being made to feel like I was a crazy person for pointing out an issue that they say is non existant, i was told that they are still waiting on an eta for repairs from the tec. *this is now a week after i dropped my car off*. 9 days after i dropped my vehical off, i finaly get a video from the tech regarding what was going on with my vehical. I thought to myself, great, should be fixed soon. well, no, thats not the case. the video from the tech was sent on the 28th* i dropped my car off on the 22nd* and in the video and the text that i recieved, i was accused of possibly havin someone else work on my car and that the "tampering" may have had something to do with the problem, which i absolutly refute and i am seriously offended at being accused of that. i can assure the whole world that no one has worked on this vehical since i purchased it from killeen ford and i challenge anyone who wants to to prove it and since it didnt happen, good luck with that. i was told in the begining that the issues i was having would be covered under the warranty. A warranty that i did not know that i had purchased. *i was under the impression that when i purchased the car that i did not get an extended warranty and that the manufacturers warranty would only last for another 6 month after i purchased the vehical. * when i inquired as to what all is covered under the extended warranty that i didnt know i had, i got the run around from multiple people to find a copy of what i had apparently signed upon purchase of my vehical. After having my vehical for 2 weeks and no notification as to when parts should arrive and or an ET for it being finished, i came up to the service center becasue i felt that i was not beign given proper updates on my vehical and what was going on. any time i tried to call and inquire from my service rep, i got no answer or was told that he wasnt there. the few times i have spoken with him, he has promised one thing or another and then did not follow through. i have asked multiple questions to him and recieved no answer. i was passed on to his manager, who finally brought me a copy of my warranty. he also informed me that i do in fact have a manufaturers warranty and that the repairs were being made using that and not my extended warranty, a fact of which was again, not communicated to me. i feel that i have been given the run around about everything, every time that i try to reach out for somethig. i tried to reach out this week, which is week 3, with a text about an eta at about noon on monday the 5th, no response. tried to call, no one is available. i finally get a call back that went straight to voicemail. voicemail just said that they are waiting on parts. no eta, no adviseing of what parts are being waited on, nothing. after trying to call back, i got a message that he (the manager im assuming is who sent it) was on a call and he never got back to me after that. on tuesday the 7th, i called again and was told that my adviser and his manager were both unavailable so i requested and was routed to someone else. i ran down the situation with her and she said that she would get to the bottom and call me back. i asked her about a loaner car and was informed that she would have someone reach out to me. never not once did my adviser or his manager ask if i needed a loaner becsue of all the issues, nor was i informed about the shuttle service that is offered. there is more information that i would love to share with everyone on here but this only lets me write so much. i have about half of the bull crap written on here but rest asured there is more. 10/10 do NOT recommend. We just had the worst experience trying to purchase a new truck. We should have negotiated the price BEFORE going to the dealer. The "discounted" price on the internet was very deceiving because when we decided on a truck and started making a deal, that "discounted" price went away because there were "add-ons" that were already on the vehicle (how convenient), so there goes almost all the discount! Very DECEIVING!! They also tried forcing us to finance through Ford; if we didn't, we would lose any little discounts that they were offering. I knew we were in trouble when they started with "where do you want your payment to be?" We should have not only walked out we should have RAN!! We kindly told them we didn't want to talk payment, we wanted to negotiate the price but even the manager came out and asked the same question! In the world we live in today where people are trying to make ends meet, I really dislike deceiving companies like this. We walked out without a new truck after spending 8 hours, test driving, getting our truck appraised and trying to negotiate. Stay away from this dealership!! More
I made an appointment for service for February 21st at 8:30 A.M. The following items are what needed to be diagnosed: 1. The right backseat passenger door squeaky 2. The phone connection needed to be updated (I was informed it would be $210 to update this) 3. The sensor/cruise control not working 4. The backseat heater not working When I took the car in, Colleen (auto tech) noticed the coolant was low. She made note of this. Colleen informed me I had the platinum warranty. She also stated I would receive videos of the repairs. It is now March 5th and I was notified my car was fixed. When my husband picked it up, he notified me the heater was not fixed. He also stated the warranty did not cover any of the repairs. My car is a 2022 Ford Explorer. I received no videos, its been two weeks and its not repaired and I have not been offered a loaner vehicle. More
Very disappointed with the disorganization of the finance department. Been waiting on my tags after buying a car from them back in July. I saw James there at Killeen Ford. A great person to work with and very helpful. But that was where it ended because the others I delt with were not great to deal with. Their ad said one price but when they figured you were buying a truck they started adding prices on. The ad was for 43,000 and then jumped up to 49,000 with their add on's. Then some guy came to check out my trade in and didn't bring it back. I had to go find it. I hate being played for a fool. I will not go back there nor will I recommend Killeen Ford to anyone. More

I’m not one to write reviews, but after the awful way we were treated by this dealership, I feel I have to write one. My boyfriend was looking for a new Maverick, tremor package and it’s very hard to find, were treated by this dealership, I feel I have to write one. My boyfriend was looking for a new Maverick, tremor package and it’s very hard to find, so when we saw one of their website we were cautiously optimistic. He spoke to 2 different people, including Blake, who put my boyfriend on hold and went and confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and he would pull it aside for us. My boyfriend told Blake we live in Abilene, 3 hours away, so we wanted to make sure the vehicle was there before driving all that way. Blake assured him the vehicle was there. We drove all the way down there and when we got there, we were told by Tony that the vehicle had sold “months ago”. We were LIVID. We were outright lied to. We spoke to the manager and all he could offer us was a $50 gift card for our gas. When I told the manager we had been told it had sold months ago, he said that’s not true, who told you that? I pointed to Tony, who was standing right next to him. They couldn’t even get their story straight. And then they thought they could sell us a different car. I wouldn’t have bought a car from them if they were the last dealership on the planet, based on principle alone. STAY AWAY. More
