When it came to financing the vehicle, I told them that I had my own financing. They mumbled under their breath that because we didn’t use them for financing, it was another $2,000 charge. Put it this way, I went to buy a truck for $68,000. When they got done “doing the numbers”, it turned into a $77,000 vehicle. The vehicle is probably worth $77,000, but don’t tell me you’re asking $68,000 for it. Tell me the truth. Everyone there was super friendly, but they stick it to you with the dealer fees. When I told them to give me my keys, I was not paying the fees, they came back with discounted fees. I totally lost my cool at that point. I did get my keys back and we left. More

Was told protection package (paint, windshield, GPS & reconditioning) "fee" (aka dealer mark-up) was mandatory. I stated it was not and to remove the charge. They tried to say I'll get you the "discounted" price for the package which to them = $3983. I asked for documentation that said package was completed on the vehicle = nothing. I asked for the original price of the package $9883. No original documentation, just the price sheet where they can play with the numbers all day. More

Passed aroun past four days. Scheduled an appointment today to see and test drive the vehicle. Low and behold when I arrive said sales person is off. Passed around to a manager and then another sales person just to find out the truck is still in presale inspection. One would think that over a four day period that someone would have made sure the truck is ready. Didn't happen just like the sale that didn't happen. More
