These folks have never impressed me. They seem slick, sly, and out to rip people off. Also careless—they sold me a Nissan Leaf without a manual or a spare key, and more recently they cha They seem slick, sly, and out to rip people off. Also careless—they sold me a Nissan Leaf without a manual or a spare key, and more recently they charged me an exorbitant fee just for diagnostics and couldn’t fix my problem (AC not working). They also left a menu box open on my instrument panel that I can’t get rid of. They promised to get my car back to me by the end of the day, but I didn’t hear from them. Called the next day, and they claimed they called me and left a VM. Never received. Their location is awful, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Thank goodness the good people over at University Honda have offered to service my car. I definitely will not be going back. Their sales office is also uncomfortable, with blinding hot sunshine pouring through the windows. So hot you can hardly breathe. More
