These folks have never impressed me. They seem slick, sly, and out to rip people off. Also careless—they sold me a Nissan Leaf without a manual or a spare key, and more recently they charged me an exorbitant fee just for diagnostics and couldn’t fix my problem (AC not working). They also left a menu box open on my instrument panel that I can’t get rid of. They promised to get my car back to me by the end of the day, but I didn’t hear from them. Called the next day, and they claimed they called me and left a VM. Never received. Their location is awful, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Thank goodness the good people over at University Honda have offered to service my car. I definitely will not be going back. Their sales office is also uncomfortable, with blinding hot sunshine pouring through the windows. So hot you can hardly breathe. More

This service team is amazing. I bought from Salem Nissan and has numerous complications with service. I had lost my key fob and had to tow my car for programming a new one. I called Corvallis and wow what a difference. I could write an essay of the difference in service but to sum it up I will not go anywhere but here for my new purchases and service to my Nissan! More

Everyone at the dealer was great besides the salesmen. Mike was super arrogant the entire time and not wanting to give us the time of day. Then when I went to ask him the sales price because it wasn’t listed anywhere he said buddy for the deal we are giving you, don’t worry about that. All and all this is my second vehicle purchased from the kiefer, and everyone else is great besides Mike. Plus on the test drive he kept coughing and not covering his mouth which was super rude. More
