The service department is excellent. But the sales rep wasn't clear on the add ons. Really miss represented them. They ran my credit multiple times after I told them where I wanted financed because of identity theft so no hard pulls , I now have multiple pulls and fraud detected and they ended up using the bank I reques I wanted financed because of identity theft so no hard pulls , I now have multiple pulls and fraud detected and they ended up using the bank I requested. They said they would give me $3,000 in trade for my vehicle, which they did not tell us . Until they handed the keys back and did not tell us then either . They screwed up our address multiple times and had to rewrite the paperwork. The A/C is not working, key fob battery was almost dead and getting warning , the rear camera needs serviced , oil level is at 37,%, being over quart low. there was trash in it and they called asking to unlock credit so they could run it again, no xxxxing way are we allowing that. More
