Casey Anderson spotted us, looking bewildered and confused. He dashed over, introduced himself and worked with us during the entire transaction. He always had answers to the questions we asked, he warned us when there would be delays because of all the activity that day. He provided useful info about the vehicle when we took it for a test drive. At one point, he even suggested we go for a break. No reason for us to sit around. We went out for a relaxing lunch. When we returned he had our deal put together. He was friendly, immensely helpful, and had a sense of humor, something you don't usually associate with buying a car. We love the car. It's exactly what we wanted and Casey was perfect walking us through the process. Good going, Casey and Kiefer Nissan! More

We've had problems with used vehicles so decided it was better to buy a new car. We've dealt with a lot of people over the years but none have been as great as the employees and personal at Kiefer Nissan. My husband just bought a new pickup and we're loving both although I didn't get the color I wanted I'm hoping when I go back in a couple years they have the color I want but if not that's OK. Richard Fries was our salesman he was fantastic he didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want. The financier Ken was fun to work with. All the employees there are great including Lance and his crew in the service department. I hope everybody is still there when I go back in a couple years. More
