Poor Experience Needed to replace some parts that had to be ordered. Drove car to dealership just so the service writer could see exactly what parts were needed. After inspecting, the guy told me he’d get with parts department to order parts and would call me back to let me know when parts would be in. After a few days I called back, but had to leave a message for a call back. After a few more days, no call back, so I called again. Finally made contact and parts were ordered. Took the car in for service at mid day, as I was told it could be in and out same day. About 4:30-5:00, I hadn’t rec’d a call, so I called and was told my car would be done in 30 minutes. I caught a ride to the dealership and reviewed my bill. It was higher than estimated because one of the halogen bulbs was defective. The bulb was working fine before the service...I did get a discounted price of $49, and then I questioned how much the tech’s time was for him to look and see what else was wrong with my car? Didn’t get much of an answer...the last straw was 2 hours ($150) to install a kit and replace a rear glass surround??? I’ve owned Volvo’s all my driving life,, need to buy a new one, but it won’t be from this dealership. More

They will tell you anything to make a sale. I have been dealing with this dealership for 3 years now and each time I go in for maintenance the experience gets worse. When I bought the car I purc I have been dealing with this dealership for 3 years now and each time I go in for maintenance the experience gets worse. When I bought the car I purchased warranties to cover the maintenance,repairs, and other stuff. The main points in what they told me I was purchasing, come to find out, are not covered by the plans they actually signed me up for. I wouldn’t have purchased the warranties otherwise, because they are a waste of money and not what I wanted or needed. When I asked about a terrible noise the car was making I was told that it was normal. It was obviously not and I went elsewhere to have it looked at. It takes 2.5 hours (with an appointment) to get a basic oil change and most of the time they don’t even wash or vacuum the car. There are a few friendly people that work there but most of them seem like they hate their job and don’t care about the customers. More

I have been bringing my vehicle there for 10 years now. It would be nice if they did tire alignment so I didn’t have to find some place else to do that. But other than that. People are always wonderful to deal with. Thank you. More

Would never Recommend anyone So I have bought 3 cars from them and had family go there as well. So over the past weekend I called and talked to one guy his name was Scott he was r So I have bought 3 cars from them and had family go there as well. So over the past weekend I called and talked to one guy his name was Scott he was really nice and helpful. I called back later and John answered the phone. Very rude guy none the less. Scott ended up calling me back and told me that they would get a hold of me on Sunday when Ken got in. Around 12:30 pm I called to find out that Scott didn't even work that day and Ken didn't come in. Which kinda bugged me because if he would of just told me that it won't be till Monday I would of been fine. I called a different dealership and was getting the help I needed and they wanted me to call Kiefer to get some info. John answered the phone and at first was nice and told me that they would have there finance girl call me back because she just went to lunch. Which I never got a call back. When I gave him my name he was like oh wasn't Scott helping you yesterday I said yes but I decided to go with someone else. He says oh and hung up on me. Called back to speak with a manager and surprise surprise no one was available. Then told me that Russ was doing something and would call me back once he was done. Never got a call back again. Had my husband call and they tell him they don't have a manager in and that Russ wasn't even in that day. So your telling me no managers work the weekend? So here it is Wednesday still no call back. Don't even get me started on there service department. Even more worse then that. Anyways I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go there ever again. Should of just listened to other people who told me not to go there. More

All went well I had the service center do the recall replacement of my airbags.all went as planned and the car was washed and vacuumed when it was returned to me.
