But the fact of the matter is, if you treat your Volvo right, your return on investment is well worth it. My S60 has 210,000 miles and it's seen its share of extensive maintenance, but it drives and handles as if it were just leaving the showroom floor. The familiar faces at Corvallis Volvo Service Department can be depended upon to not only address immediate needs, but provide an advance scouting report on what to expect down the road. I swear that Technician Joe DiOrio knows my VIN when I walk into the place and actually remembers the service history of my car.... okay, maybe he reviews the appointments in advance, but that's JUST as fantastic, right? Joe Hart is a mainstay and always has a touch of humor to add. I haven't interacted with the Service Manager Dan Kuske, but he runs a tight ship and seems well liked by staff and customers alike. I just noticed that the Technician who did my suspension work was Ralph DiOrio... if he is following in Joe's footsteps, he's going to be a good one. More
