Required maintenance done well I have a 2004 Volvo XC 70 and have always had the maintenance and repairs done at a Volvo dealership where we lived before and now here. It takes time for the work to be done, but it is thorough and trustworthy. They give you the estimate beforehand, let you know if some other problem surfaces, how much it will cost, and let you decide when to do the repair. My only complaint about the Corvallis dealership is that they really need a new location with more room for customers to park and a more updated service area and showroom. The facility looks shabby and "second-hand." More

Saving the dayplo I originally took my 2014 Nissan Versa to another dealership to have the software recall update done as my car wasn't shifting up correctly. I had to I originally took my 2014 Nissan Versa to another dealership to have the software recall update done as my car wasn't shifting up correctly. I had to get out of the gas completely to get it to shift. The dealership didn't test drive the car either before or after the work they did. I drove the car back home Eugene to Albany, And a week later the car would not start. Thank God the battery had died otherwise something tragic could have happened. Had the cut the car towed to Keifer in Corvallis. They test drove the car did the software update test drove it again and noted that it didn't fix the problem. So they did the correct thing and took the transmission out. When they did so the Pan was full of metal shavings. Kiefer's dedication to doing the right thing the right way, saved my car. I'm a single mom, I don't have a lot of resources so this made a huge difference to me! I am so grateful to Keifer Nissan. -Customer for life More
