Despite there services are very expensive, I still go there for the regular oil service due to the complimentary inspection report. They usually give me an inspection report (when I did the previous oil there for the regular oil service due to the complimentary inspection report. Overall the experience was really good! They were able to get me into the car I wanted and even drove several vehicles over from their other location so that I could test drive them. The only thing that I would have changed about the experience is keeping us updated on the process. I know financing, paperwork, etc takes a while to complete but we kept being told it would only be a few more minutes and then 30 minutes would go by with no update. It left us feeling like something was wrong with the process or there were issues that we weren’t privy to. I would just recommend being transparent in the future with the steps of the process and length of time it will take to complete everything so the customer knows how long they will be waiting or give accurate updates along the way. Otherwise the process was great and everyone was very nice. More
