Friendly and helpful service staff. My recent service experience was not as ideal as. expected. Upon returning to retrieve my vehicle I noticed it was still in the same position prior to commencing the service request. As I waited pati expected. Upon returning to retrieve my vehicle I noticed it was still in the same position prior to commencing the service request. As I waited patiently to inquire about completion status, I received an unexpected and I welcomed comment. Subsequently it was determined that the service had not been started due to a mixup in vehicle priority service paperwork. Multiple customer vehicle service orders were simply strewn about the service counter desktop. I would venture to say that a similar incident as this will repeat in the future. I would recommend that they practice and adhere to more reliable organizational skills. More

We were 1,000 miles from home when our Volvo broke down and we were towed to the nearest dealer. Keifer has been very professional and helpful to us. Unfortunately, no loner cars, but the service manager o and we were towed to the nearest dealer. Keifer has been very professional and helpful to us. Unfortunately, no loner cars, but the service manager offered to handle getting a reimbursement from Volvo for the rental car, which will save me a lot of hassle from past experience with this Volvo that is still under warranty, but has had several problems that left it undriveable. I had a much better experience with the people in Keifer’s service department than my regular dealer. They were very accommodating and were able to identify the problem. Also caught that a software update had not been installed by my regular dealer, and did that. More

Contacted “Corvallis Volvo” about obtaining extra key and remote. My inquiry was handled very quickly, the key was cut and remote coded exactly when promised for the price quoted.
