Everyone was great - Bobby at the front counter, and Joe, our mechanic, have been taking care of our Volvos for almost 20 years. I really appreciate their work - Joe takes the time to explain the work that he did and to discuss future issues that may be coming up. It is critical for us that there is a good quality Volvo service in the same town where we live. I don't think I could've driven it to Albany/Salem/Eugene, so a tow would have added a lot of extra cost. It was inconvenient and costly to have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment but we found a rental car and it worked out. Hoping that the supply chain and labor market settle out over time. Thanks again for the good work! More

My recent service experience was not as ideal as. expected. Upon returning to retrieve my vehicle I noticed it was still in the same position prior to commencing the service request. As I waited pati expected. Upon returning to retrieve my vehicle I noticed it was still in the same position prior to commencing the service request. As I waited patiently to inquire about completion status, I received an unexpected and I welcomed comment. Subsequently it was determined that the service had not been started due to a mixup in vehicle priority service paperwork. Multiple customer vehicle service orders were simply strewn about the service counter desktop. I would venture to say that a similar incident as this will repeat in the future. I would recommend that they practice and adhere to more reliable organizational skills. More
