I brought my 2022 Nissan Frontier for service related a intelligent cruise control issue. Technical bulletin #NTB24-005. The issue is the transmission dramatically down shifts to over 5000 rpm when tryin intelligent cruise control issue. Technical bulletin #NTB24-005. The issue is the transmission dramatically down shifts to over 5000 rpm when trying to maintain speed going up small hills. It is a common problem for 2022 and all 2023 models manufactured before June 13 2023. I bought mine brand new in Dec 2021. The fix is a software update performed at a dealership. The technician took it for a test drive and came back and told me there was nothing wrong. I pointed out the technical bulletin and he told me they ran the vehicle serial number and that mine already had the software update. Total lie. Mine was a very early 2022 and I was the original purchaser. I then took it to another Nissan dealer who patched in the new software and problem fixed!! I highly do not recommend serviceing your vehicle to these liars, and very dishonest dealership!! More

Everyone was great - Bobby at the front counter, and Joe, our mechanic, have been taking care of our Volvos for almost 20 years. It is critical for us that there is a good quality Volvo service in the same town where we live. I don't think I could've driven it to Albany/Salem/Eugene, so a tow would have added a lot of extra cost. It was inconvenient and costly to have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment but we found a rental car and it worked out. Hoping that the supply chain and labor market settle out over time. Thanks again for the good work! More
