I had to take my 2013 Kia in for service to address a factory recall item. I called the service department and made an appointment. Mr. Smith kept me informed of the process while the necessary work was performed. The work was completed in a very short time while I waited in the customer waiting area. My car was brought to the service counter when the work was completed. Mr. Smith even had my car washed for me. I was extremely happy with the work performed and the professionalism of Mr. Smith and all of the Kia service staff with whom I met. More

The service writer, Reilly Mickey, was available as soon as I walked in. He understood what I wanted and suggested I also get the tires rotated. He told me the price and how long it would take. I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. Sheldon Smiths’ professionalism, demeanor and passion for what he does are second to none. I admire that in him! He gives customer service and KIA an extremely good name.
