Executive Management personally handled this client. We apologized at the point of recognizing the miscommunication, and apologize once again for this client's poor experience. There is nothing to gain from not fixing vehicles properly. That accusation is uncalled for. Unfortunately, the cost of repairing vehicles can be high at times, and we can empathize with the frustrations that come along with that. We will do our best to learn from this, and hopefully provide better communication to our clients in the future.
