Excellent service, before, during, and after the 30k checkup Service desk personnel are excellent. Waiting area is comfortable, well stocked with magazines, coffee etc. Van service is excellent. I have been servicing my cars there for the last few years, and have always had excellent customer Service from Mike. He goes above and beyond in providing service that is timely, and he always explains everything that was done on my vehicle. He is one of the main reasons I have kept all my vehicle servicing at this dealership...I feel like a VIP every time I go!!! More
WORST SERVICE CENTER IN MY 21 YRS AROUND THE AUTO INDUSTRY I SERVICE PEOPLE VERY POLITE AND NICE TO TALK WITH BUT AND HERE IS WHERE IT GO SOUTH FAST. WHEN YOU TELL THEM CERTAIN YOU LIKE TO HAVE DONE TO YOUR CAR SERVICE PEOPLE VERY POLITE AND NICE TO TALK WITH BUT AND HERE IS WHERE IT GO SOUTH FAST. WHEN YOU TELL THEM CERTAIN YOU LIKE TO HAVE DONE TO YOUR CAR FIRST THING OUT OF THERE MOUTH IS WE HAVE TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC TO VERIFY THE PROBLEM. OK THAT'S FINE BUT WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT IT'S $140 DOLLARS ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE. SECOND THING I'M NOT A ROCKET SCIENTIST BUT BEING AROUND CARS AND WORKING ON THEM I DO KNOW MY WAY AROUND A ENGINE. PLUS WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW YOU TUBE AND INTERNET IS A GREAT SOURCE OF INFORMATION. HERE IS WHERE I GET A LITTLE UPSET. I ALSO VERIFIED FROM OTHER DEALERSHIPS. THESE GUY'S WANTED TO CHARGE OVER $2000 DOLLARS FOR TWO THINGS BEING REPLACED ON MY 2006 SADONA AND WHEN TO A PACE IN RIDLEY PARK SAME PARTS AND INCLUDING LABOR FOR $600 DOLLARS. TALK ABOUT RIP OFF AND THESE PARTS ARE DIRECT FROM KIA. IF I WANTED TO PAY OVER $200 DOLLARD THAT ALMOST A DOWN PAYMENT TO LEASE A NEW CAR. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE THESE PEOPLE SMILE AND THING THAT'S A GREAT PRICE. I WILL NEVER BUY A NEW VEHICLE OR LEASE OR USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN. THIS IS ONLY MY OBSERVATION OF THERE SERVICE CENTER AND ADVISERS. SO THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU A RESTOCK FEE WHEN THE PART WASN'T EVEN DELIVERED TO THE SHOP OR TAKING OUT OF THE BOX.. TO JUST SUM IT UP BUYER / SERVICE BEWARE. More
