Extremely Bad Service Visit Vehicle went in for power steering leak and seat issue to get checked and estimates. Dealership decided without notifying us to go ahead and start wo Vehicle went in for power steering leak and seat issue to get checked and estimates. Dealership decided without notifying us to go ahead and start working on 2 recall items. Thus unauthorized work and vehicle had to stay another day. Next day given estimates of 1200 for PS and 1500 for seat. Elected not to do either at this time due to lack of funds, but asked if they could get driver seat back up, was stuck reclined. They were able to do this. Picked up car, but wasn't given any service ticket. Noticed engine making noise and wanting to stall out. Complained to dealership salesman since service was closed. Salesman was very understanding and helpful, Larry Price, and recommended leaving the car so the service team could look at it on Saturday. We did this. Next day the vehicle wasn't hardly looked at, told it wasn't anything they did, but need another day to look at it. Total mess now engine idles high and very noisy. Basically, they messed up my vehicle, tried to charge us 1500 for a front seat when they could get the seat back upright, worked on vehicle without permission for the recall items, very poor with notification on any of the days as we had to call them most of the time and here is probably the worst thing they did, I believe. On the slip we received the second time we picked up the vehicle they put that the vehicle was 3 qrts low on oil, which it wasn't when it went in. I checked the oil the next day (dark when got home) and found it extremely overfilled. I changed the oil and estimate it was at least overfilled by 2.5 qrts. My opinion is that this dealerships mechanic intentionally overfilled our vehicle with oil, because of our complaints! More

Hidden Fees The deal on the used vehicle looked good until we questioned the fees. Seems they included a $449.00 "document" fee that they forgot to mention and $699.00 for gap insurance which we did not request. As a senior citizen, I have purchased many vehicles and have never run into a document fee this high. This was just their way to increase the cost of the vehicle, so the deal was not as good as we thought . Plus, the car was dirty when they delivered it. This used to be a quality dealership, but they have gone downhill. Will not return. More

She answered all of my questions and sold me the EXACT car I wanted! Your pricing was higher than a previous Kia dealership (Scott of Springfield, Pa.), but I had their offer in writing and your finance dept matched and beat the price. I have already recommended Adrienne and Kia of Wilmington to people I know AND work with. Buying/Leasing a car is USUALLY a painful experience haggling w/ salespeople & management at a dealership. Not once was dealing with Kia of Wilmington an inconvenience or a stressful situation! That is greatly appreciated!! More
