I first want to say that I completely blame myself for being bamboozled by this dealership. I had a 2016 Kia that I bought brand new off of the lot with 57 miles on it. I was paying $510/month with a lit being bamboozled by this dealership. I had a 2016 Kia that I bought brand new off of the lot with 57 miles on it. I was paying $510/month with a little over $16K left. We needed a second vehicle. I came in due to a monopoly promotion, which is complete nonsense. The sales guy was not really the one working the deal, it was a broker named Brad. To be fair, Brad was very nice and seemingly kind. The issue is that I made it clear that I did not want to pay more than $800/month for 2 cars. Brad discussed a deal that would would be approx. $35/month more ($835). My husband and I told him to go ahead and put through the paperwork. Well that's when everything changed. We were told by Ed, while completing the paperwork, that "the bank" gave us a 10-year warranty on the 2017 we bought. So.. that's actually NOT true. It's over $2000 written right on the sales contract (only it's not called a service agreement). Since I got my other car refinanced, they ended up buying it back from me for $16k and reselling it to me for $19 k + finance charges +$2411 for a protection plan I did not ask for + $485 for GAP insurance even though Ed told us it would be "at cost". I also already had my car registered, but had to repay for tags. After the bill was tallied, our monthly payments are $379/month and $638 a month. How do you get that from $312 and $525?. Oh...did I mention that I asked the price of the car I actually purchased?...crickets. but it's all there on the paperwork. Here is the reality. I signed the paperwork. Therefore, it is on ME. However...you REAP what you SOW. You cannot treat people in this fashion and expect for things in your own life be wonderful. Shame on the staff at KIA of West Chester! May you be exposed and may your dress be returned to you 100-fold! Sorry if no one understands my Christian jargon. GOD will repay. I don't need to state my name. I won't be calling any general manager and I don't need calls from him. I just pray that the lessons that need to be learned about how to do business are. I'll be in touch with another KIA dealership to see if I can have my repairs done there as the previous reviews make me afraid that someone may jack my car if I bring it in for service. More

I had to give this review especially due to rejected loan application . I didn't have a good credit and I had to go through a loan adviser website , and based on the approval odds Kia of west Chester gav application . The sales person said he is confident that I would get approved and that is why based on the soft credit pull I got the call back . After many rounds of discussions I have decided to go ahead with a model and I went and submitted my consent for CC. Immediately after check they have asked me for a co signer . I got shocked after hearing that I got rejected due to the min score requirement (Which is against what was initially discussed) I did ask this question many times about credit and I got positive response , if they cannot take my score they would have outright said that .The only thing I end up was one more hard hit to my credit and couple of visits and many phones emails . I will not recommend this place to anyone , More

After they collect your details they try to fit you in to a used car. When you aren't a fit, they break the news that your promo code had to match against two on display in the store. This is alluded to very ambiguously in the fine print which is still difficult interpret. Seriously, never do business there. I feel like I need a shower after leaving. If they can stoop to this level of marketing, imagine their level of honesty regarding other aspects of their business. More

March 18th I reached out to Kia West Chester Hello Everyone, I would like to share my recent experience with Kia West Chester in Pennsylvania. March 18th I reached out to Kia West Chester regarding a Telluride SX with Prestige package, and Internet Sales guy – Matt point me to one of the floor salesperson – “Joe”. March 19th - Joe Confirmed by email they had the car available, and sent me pricing and conditions via email transcript below: “Riccardo, Good afternoon I sent a a email last night not sure if your received it. Lease price on Kia Telluride SX with 2000 down and 15kmiles a year 579.91 and we will make and additional payment of 579.91 first payment will be in 60 days? The vehicle will is bound and should be here today. Give me a call with any questions or to schedule a time to come in and do paperwork before you leave for business tonight.” March 20th – Joe told me that someone else sold the car, but another unit with exactly same configuration would be arriving by end of the week (03/22) and I should put a $500 deposit to ensure the car would no be sold to anyone else. He advised that in case I changed my mind and decided not to buy the car, they would refund my deposit. I agreed, made the deposit, and we moved forward locking the deal. Making a very long, unpleasant, and exhausting story short, we have been going back and forth since 03/22 with promises of delivering a car the “following” week, next month, and etc. until last week. All conversations were documented by text messages and emails. June 20th – Joe texted me asking when I would like to do the paperwork as the car would be delivered by end of the month. I told him I would like to avoid busy days at the dealership, and agreed that starting all paperwork done Tuesday or Wednesday would be easier. June 25th – I texted Joe to follow up on a time that would work for him, and we set the appointment to get everything done. When I showed up at the dealership Joe presented me a completely different deal and tried to charge me $5196 in markups. The overall leasing deal was over $8000 more expensive than presented via email. Summarizing the appointment and the discussion, he yelled at a me (customer), said I should be thankful I would be one of the 3500 fortunate Kia customers driving a Telluride SX Prestige this year and just pay the markup. He said the market changed and the dealership would no honor pricing agreed upon deposit. Even after I told him I would not pay one penny over MSRP and available incentives, he kept insisting that I should just buy the car. No manager, or any other employee present at the dealership intervened to amend the situation at the occasion, or called to apologize on behalf of the leadership or Kia. My thoughts: 1. Market may change, but you have to honor whatever you agreed with your customer, especially when you ask a deposit to lock the deal and reserve the car. Even if you sell with a loss which is not the case you must honor the deal. 2. Even after 3 months in touch and having agreed on a deal back them he didn’t have any historical information (emails and etc) handy when I arrived at the dealership. I would expect him to be prepared, have all the info handy and know exactly what was discussed since day 1. 3. I could be wrong but you never yelled at a customer. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service from Kia, their dealership, and how (DO NOT) appreciate a customer that has been patiently waiting for 3 months. I will recommend everyone I know to stay away from Kia, specially Kia of West Chester as they have such bad business ethics and customer services skills. KIA Has Done It Again!! As a previous owner of a KIA, I already knew I was not going to be disappointed.
