Upon calling West Chester Kia, I was excited to find out that a (white) 2023 Sorento Hybrid SX-Prestige was available for immediate delivery. This is the first car we have purchased through a phone transaction. Kyle made the buying process easy, pleasant, and quick. I would give him a 5-star rating for salesmanship. He had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. Kyle was very professional. When we arrived at the dealership, he made sure the the car was waiting for us with a full tank of gas and a sold sign hanging from the rearview mirror. Finding the roadside assistance bag in the back of the car was a nice touch! Thanks Kyle. (I gave the dealership a 4 because it was disconcerting to have my trade-in low balled and see it listed, on the website, for $6,000 more than I received. I was also disappointed that no women were working on the sales floor.) More

Since there was only one Kia Soul 2023 in stock just came in I bought it. Probably paid way over price but since 2023 Souls will come on piecemeal glad to get it.
