Took my wife's Kia to the new site in West Chester this morning for a "supposed recall" and for the second time was told her car does not need it. Supposedly, they had the wrong vehicle listed. While there morning for a "supposed recall" and for the second time was told her car does not need it. Supposedly, they had the wrong vehicle listed. While there, asked them to remove the old oil sticker and put the new one for the oil change we had done a few months ago. Never received the $150 Master card for getting 4 new tires that the purchase allowed. A couple months ago had made arrangements to take her car down to see if she could get a good deal on trade in. Never heard from their salesperson. Have bought 4-5 cars from them, but service and integrity apparently have changed with them. Very disappointed! More

They do not honor written contracts. We have a service contract for oil changes etc. Their service deparment makes their own rules. We have a service contract for oil changes etc. Their service deparment makes their own rules. More

Going here cost me over $1,000 - go anywhere else. I don’t know if they are just malicious, incompetent, taking advantage of women, or all 3, but this dealership is a scam. Last year, this Kia cha I don’t know if they are just malicious, incompetent, taking advantage of women, or all 3, but this dealership is a scam. Last year, this Kia charged me hundreds of dollars to “fix” my oil pan. For months after, my oil was slowly leaking out without me realizing. Once I noticed I had a problem, I called the dealership multiple times during working hours and went to voicemail every time. Eventually, I had to take my car to another place. They explained that Kia’s mechanics had put a hole in my oil pan while prying it out, and then, if memory serves, used caulk to try to fix that hole. I called Kia to ask for an explanation, who once again ignored my many calls. The only response I did get was from a very rude man who 1) tried to gaslight me that they never worked on that oil pan, which was proven false and 2) tried to blame me for not noticing my oil leaking out. It got to the point where my dad and I had to go in person WITH the oil pan as proof to ask what happened. Kia’s Mitch told us he was very sorry and to expect a call to work this out. Still waiting for that call. Getting the oil pan re-fixed again at the other mechanic cost another several hundred dollars. I obviously left a review sharing this experience. They left a comment saying they will make it right and that I should reach out over email, which I did. And just like before, I was ignored. It was clear these comments were just to make it seem like they were going to help me. This place is truly the most despicable dealership that I have ever had the misfortune of patronizing. Stay away. More
