There ads may say, “That’s Craaaaazy!” regarding their deals but there dedication to true customer satisfaction is a refreshing breath of business sanity. I am the first to admit how difficult I am to please. My job involves designing quality processes that are under tight scrutiny. In everything I do I study the design of a thing to measure its quality; from the process itself to the resulting product. However, more than that, I pride myself on my friendliness and the time I take to recognize a job well done and someone and something special. This is important, because in a business world challenged to cut corners and remove non-value added steps in order to improve the profit margin, excellent customer service is becoming more and more rare. For someone like me who sees good and successful business as the building of relationships and trust, finding good customer service these days and true quality is a tough challenge. I preface my comment this way in the hope to add validity to them. Kia of West Chester has proven itself to me to truly be an establishment that values customer satisfaction in its highest priorities. I had already purchased a Kia Sedona a few years back from them and it was the most professional vehicle purchasing transaction I had experienced. Much more than that, is the absolute top level service and friendliness I have enjoyed while owning the vehicle. The maintenance warranty is excellent and their service department truly stays on top of me to keep up with routine maintenance. I am a stickler for tracking vehicle usage and when maintenance is due but they still often catch me a few miles before I was going to call them. They provide me with exactly what a new car (or any car) owner wants, a worry free ownership experience and the ability to focus more on the joy of the vehicle itself. I recently needed another car and had some very good incentive offers from other car companies and even considered a used car to fit my budget. However, I also wanted to have the same joy of ownership I was already experiencing with my Sedona. I told that honestly to Kia of West Chester and got to work with Zak Driver and got to know Tom Walsh. They took my satisfaction more seriously than I have ever seen in any such business. Zak didn’t just seek to see which car was best for me, he got to know me. I am the proud owner of a new Kia Optima; an impressively classy car for the best price out there. There was no challenge or concern that I could bring to the table that they did not most graciously work through with me to assure I had a repeat true car owning joyful experience. I am greeted by staff by name every time I enter and asked how I and my car are doing and if there is anything that can be done to continue to improve my experience. I have been telling anyone I know who is looking for a car about Kia of West Chester and handing out Zak Driver's business cards. I have even stopped by just to say Hi and thank them and I do so here in this forum as well – To Zak, Tom and Kia of West Chester, thanks for resetting a standard long lost in many businesses - letting us [the customers] know how much we matter. It's been a while since I've purchased a new car. I didn't want to haggle or feel pressured and my expectations at Kia of West Chester were met to the tee !!! Dan McGrath my salesman was honest, down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales tactics, no bait/switch and his professionalism was exceptionall. He even picked me up at my home in order not to have my wife have to drive me to the dealership to get my new car. He spent all the time I needed to teach me how to operate all of the awesome technology features of the new Cadenza. I highly recommend Dan McGrath if your expectations are similar to mine. Anthony Paulento who took care of all the paperwork was awesome to. Overall, a great new car buying experience and I will surly recommend Kia of West Chester and Dan McGrath Steve Silicato More

My experience at Kia of West Chester was exceptional! I am a first time buyer who has recently graduated from college. I was greeted with a warm welcome as I exited my car after parking, without stepping a foot in the door I had a Client Manager asking my preferences on the Optima I was looking to buy. Jon was personable, friendly, and great to talk to. After, taking a test drive around West Chester I was directed inside to discuss numbers, which I was very pleased with. The inside of the dealership was a fun and exciting atmosphere where I felt no fear of the stereotypical dealer. Also, inside there was great, all age-appropriate music playing. I left the dealership today (the same day I am writing this review) considering a great car from an exceptional dealership recommended by a friendly and respectable dealer. More

The receptionist I spoke with is the rudest woman I have ever talked to. Do not know how she has a job there still. When I asked to schedule an appt. she said there busy this week in a rude tone then before I got to say when there free she interrupts and say, "Are you going to tell me what you want to do because I have another call I have to pick up" First off I'm the customer and you don't talk to me like that. If you hate your job get a new one! More

I emailed Kia of west Chester for my annual inspection and emissions June !2th , I re-emailed the 15th and no response I called them and related it was time for my inspection {free} and free oil change et and emissions June !2th , I re-emailed the 15th and no response I called them and related it was time for my inspection {free} and free oil change etc.They could squeeze me in 6/27 if i dropped off the car. I agreed . I also told them i had a competitors coupon for the inspections and emissions for 34.99. The rep stated bring the coupon with you we need it to honor it.I drove 45 min as well as my husband out to Kia and upon arrival Barry the rep in service stated they did not honor coupons thaT WERE NOT kIA DEALERS? I will speak to my manager who he stepped over to and they had a little public snicker then stated no only Kia dealer coupons. I wasted my ttime and gas as well as my husbands to hear the usual we will not honor this verbal contract. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Now how the story changed they came after me and they will give me 5.00 off and all this crap.If you want kind friendly service GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I will PAY more for it. More
I have been a customer of KIA for over five years. I purchased my first car brand new off the lot. When my family started to expand, I traded my new KIA in for a used KIA with more room. I have had a good experience with the sales people and never any issues with service as I only bring my car there for an oil change or warranty things until recently. Last year I have an issue with my car that required me to go into the shop on two difference occasions. On the first occasion I was told by the tech that he didn't have "time" to diagnose the problem. Even though I live an hour away from their shop and had an appointment for it to be seen for this particular issue. I should have been given a rental car and asked to come back after it was diagnosed. A few months later I brought the car back for the same issue, they diagnosed it, replaced the part and I was on my way. Just a mere ten months later, I found my self with the same issue. When I brought it back to service I was told that it wasn't covered under warranty this time and that I had to pay out of pocket for the part that was just replace ten months earlier and the labor. After talking to the service guy, they agreed to pay for the part but not the labor. I found this unacceptable, I was in two times earlier for the same issue and the part was replaced just a few months before...It should be replaced for free. When i asked to speak with the service manager, I got a gentlemen who was rude and condescending, he literally laughed at my concerns. When I stated to him that the warranty on the part (12 months or 12000 miles) should be clearly stated to the customer at the time of being fixed, I was told that there are many things I COULD be told but I would need to come in for a few hours to go through them all. WHAT???? is this guy serious? This is the service MANAGER who spoke to me like this. I am appalled at how I was treated and will NEVER take my car to KIA again. More
This was my first car purchase after being handed down my Grandfather's 1993 Chevy Cavalier. I was hesitant due to its value in my eyes being my Grandfather's; however, my car was on its last legs (the ICU Grandfather's 1993 Chevy Cavalier. When I contacted KIA of WC I was looking into just getting prices so I could shop around; however, Donny was probably the best--better yet probably the only representative who would have listened and talked to me as much as he did. I no sooner placed a questionnaire into their system and he contacted me within approximately 5 minutes at the most. He asked if I truly needed an SUV or if he could better place me in a smaller car. After we discussed my needs and if I could have anything in the car that I wouldn't necessarily need, he ended up finding me a perfect Sportage which fit my needs. We scheduled for an 8:30am Saturday test drive and when I got there a little early, he pulled around a brand new never been driven before Sportage in Mineral Silver. During the test drive I fell in love with the car and by 9am or so, I was filling out paperwork. I never once felt like a commission to Donny and never got the feeling of being rushed out the door so he could have other appointments. He was confident which made me feel at ease that he was truly helping me in the purchase rather than shooing me out the door in something I may not truly need. While I was getting the paperwork signed Donny was with another individual and once I was done he made sure I had been kept up to speed on the detailing of my car and never once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride. All in all, this is a fantastic car dealership & I couldn't be happier with the help or the representative I had help me! More
