First Lease I decided I wanted a Kia Optima EX and went to another dealership first. I did not get the deal I wanted. I searched WC and got in touch with Moe. From the fantastic Sales and Management staff who always greet me with genuine hospitality from date of purchase through years of ownership to the very helpful and courteous Service staff. I note particularly Leigh Abraham and Dennis Youn who not only well demonstrate the lost art of true customer service, but provide the right levels of information to give the customer the additional confidence and appreciation in the quality of service and the vehicle itself. They are efficient and accommodating. I can't say enough about this place. I recommend Kia of West Chester and the brand to anyone looking for a new or used car. They truly represent what should be the norm for all such businesses. More

My first contact was over the internet with Eric. Eric followed up with me right away. Eric kept following up. Shortly after my arrival on site Eric turned me over to Anthony. Another gentleman gave me the credit app to complete. Anthony asked me what color I wanted than escorted me outside to choose the color I wanted. I did not have a lot of time that day. I knew what I could afford to pay. They met me in the middle. Paperwork was completed, they told me I could leave with my car that day but I did not have time to make the transfer. I picked up my car the following business day. Great customer service is really important to me. Thank you More
Excellent Place - Leigh and Staff Helped in an Emergency I had an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon where the sliding door of my minivan got stuck open. Was in King of Prussia from out of town with I had an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon where the sliding door of my minivan got stuck open. Was in King of Prussia from out of town with several kids and needed help. Leigh let me come in despite it being close to closing and promised to at least help to get the door closed, but went the extra mile and removed the panel and fixed the entire door. The staff was very sensitive to the situation I was in and worked to get me and the kids home safe. I had another dealer tell me they just couldn't help despite my emergency and pleading, and my kids being stuck with me. This place understood and worked with me. They were not my local dealer and the repair was covered under warranty, but they went out of their way to help. Great place. Couldn't speak highly enough about them. More

Ending up buying a Nissan from a place out near Lancaster County for the sole reason that the Amish don't believe in television and don't put out commercials about some kid named Anthony and his mom talking about how he went to Hollywood. Plus they only care about turning a profit, they're not crazy, they're evil. More
The Old Bait and Switch I was in the market for a new car and called Jim Sipala KIA and made an appointment to test drive and SUV with all wheel drive. The Salesperson asked I was in the market for a new car and called Jim Sipala KIA and made an appointment to test drive and SUV with all wheel drive. The Salesperson asked me what car I wanted and what color and he said he would have that color and AWD vehichle ready and filled with gas when I got there. I got there and he said they didnt have that vehichle on the lot but this color was exactly like it and he could get me the color I wanted. I sat down to make the deal and was given a financial offer and value for my trade trade by the owner, and the salesperson confirmed in front of the owner it was for All Wheel Drive they both had a discussion about it. I didnt want to be rushed and after feeling pressured, went home to think about it. The next day the Finance Manager called to tell me they were sorry but the price they quoted me only applied to a front wheel drive model, but oh here's what I'll do for you for a All Wheel Drive. Talk about the OLD BAIT AND SWITCH! More
BUYERS BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Severe irresponsibility and negligence is the name of their game. The only reason I am giving them one star is because you cant give BUYER BEWARE!!!! Severe irresponsibility and negligence is the name of their game. The only reason I am giving them one star is because you cant give a zero. Like other car dealerships they are your best friend until you sign on the dotted line...then the complete and total incompetence begins...and last for MONTHS. I traded in my car for a 2013 Optima. The car had recently been exchanged by its previous owner so the exterior was very dusty. They assured me that they would do a full body job on it before delivering it to me (I live over an hour away). The day they were supposed to deliver my vehicle, they waited until the last minute (While I sat home waiting for hours thinking they were coming) to tell me that they didn't have anyone who could drive manual and I would have to wait until the next day. The next day, sorry the next evening after I again waited all day, my car arrives and much to my shock and dismay there are 3 people in it who look like they are our cruising in their new car-music blaring and all. I give her the keys to my trade in and as I turn to go into my house she yells, "WAIT, I can't drive stick. No one told me it was stick." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!! I then have to spend my time giving her a lesson on how to drive a manual transmission, when I should be in the house helping my kids with homework and making dinner. Oh, but little did I know the fun was just beginning. The next morning I go out to my car to find that there is cracked/chipped paint along the passenger side door and swirl marks all over the car from a very poorly done buff job. I call the dealer and they feign ignorance, "oh, we didnt know. Just bring it back to us and we will paint it." Did I mention I live over an hour away. I now had to drive back to the dealer missing another day of work. By the time I get my car back (a week later!!!!) its sowing like crazy for weeks on end..so it takes me til the thaw to realize that they didn't actually even bother to paint the car as they'd agreed. They simply painted over the chipped paint and did another amateur buff job. BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! Today (6 months after buying the car), my car gets towed from in front of my house due to expired registration. WHY? Because the irresponsible negligent folks over at the dealership charged me for a transfer and renewal of my registration, but never bothered to do the latter. Which means unbeknownst to me Ive been driving around with small children for 3 months without registration. xxx???!!! Do you know how dangerous that is?? They then inform me that, "oh, we also overcharged you by $143.97". WHAT? When were you going to tell me that. Never. Just like I would never have learned that you FORGOT TO RENEW my registration until my car was impounded. Wow. SMH. Is it wrong of me to expect thoroughness and competence from a car dealership around all things car related?? More
