I waited an hour and twenty min before they even took my car back . 10 am appointment arrived 5 min til 10< Took car back 11:24 because i was complaining, At 12 i was told my car can not pass inspection small marker light out in back ,ok and the same front fender that was damaged by someone hitting and running me at a mall now does not pass? Passed past 3 years here for inspection prior?on drivers side, The mechanic Brett, took a picture with his cell and sent it to the state police, Never asked me or cared to discuss any of this with your customer first?Now it is 12:24 . I drive 45 min to get to you and i have to do all this again! Stick your free inspection! I am going to a reputable service center where a customer and their privacy and time are considered! More
