GREAT Staff I went into Kia of West Chester unsure if I was able to get into an affordable vehicle as I still owed more than what my Trade was worth. I went the Dealer thinking I would have to settle for 5 year old Used SUV, and left with a brand new Sportage. Robia did a great job at working through my needs and wants in a vehicle and budget. (She was SUPER patient with me and my 2 kids, including helping me lug my car seat from vehicle to vehicle to test drive. She was GREAT!). Tom worked with me and made miracles happen and was able to get us into the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. Dan did a great job making everything happen "behind the scenes" and made paper work a breeze! Cody did a great job going over the vehicle with me and making sure I fully understood all the features of the vehicle. This was my 3rd time buying a vehicle from the dealership and each experience is above and beyond. More

I will start I have been a customer of West Chester Kia for over 5-years and there is one thing that always brings me back and this is Dennis Young. I will start by saying, I do not worry about bringing in my car for service since I always know there is someone who always looks out for the customer. This is not typical of my experience with other dealers. Over the last few years, my KIA Shortage has experience different difficulties. This include basic wear and tear, damage tire due to potholes to more complex items such as a backup camera not working all of the time (very difficult to troubleshot).
