It was so refreshing to experience good old fashion customer service. Bashir Sta greeted me yesterday when I arrived. He was polite and informative and not pushy at all. While Bashir was retrieving some vehicle keys for me, Sharif Aly introduced himself (I believe he is a sales manager). He was also very welcoming and informative. After trying a few cars I was allowed to test drive one overnight. Today I went back with my husband and we again were treated so nicely by everyone on the sales floor, and it really felt like they enjoyed working as a team. Bashir was very patient as I wanted to test drive several other vehicles. In the end, Sharif was able to get us into the vehicle of our choice in a reasonable price range. He seemed very happy to help us hit our budget goals. They did this cute little announcement of our purchase over their speaker system and the team members came over and congratulated us on our purchase! I would highly recommended this dealership to others and will definitely return here in the future. Thank you to everyone at Kia of West Chester for making this a wonderful and fun experience!!!
