My sales representative was Fredy Carreno, and when i tell you this man is an excellent sale's person , he was very patient and honest and does not put you over your budget or under just to make a sale. He tries to keep it as simple and as cheap as possible. I would definitely recommend his services to any of my friends or family because he tells you the truth about his cars. Body shop is even awful I got in my accident February 9th of 2015 and my car was in the shop for three months. if it was going to take them that long why the f*** didn't the I got in my accident February 9th of 2015 and my car was in the shop for three months. if it was going to take them that long why the f*** didn't they just total it out. After my brother went in there and talked to them they did give me a rental car which they should have done to begin with and said it was going to be another week. (of course it wasn't done in a week) After that week had passed they called me the next day and said it would be ready either Thursday or Friday and they would call me. I Hadn't herd from them at all. I was told my car was "done at least 3 times, I would go to pick it up and there would be several things wrong for instance my car was never cleaned, the door STILL does not shut properly, the panels don't line up. ALL IN ALL WORST BODY SHOP. Oh and might I add, Dave and Quincy did not communicate well what so ever. Service, management I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from this Kia, now I have a 2016 Kia Sportage with no AC and they're stating that it is my fault due to a Little Rock I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from this Kia, now I have a 2016 Kia Sportage with no AC and they're stating that it is my fault due to a Little Rock hitting my condenser, I believe that the condenser if it can hold up to a teeny tiny rock then it should be a manufacturer defect. As stating with Kia Wesley Chapel there's nothing they can do to solve the issue or fix the issue. And as it goes for the cruise, I was told that sign up by the 15th of February when I signed up on the 13th of February they stated that I was no longer allowed to sign up and I could not go on the cruise. If you can remember they were a precision Kia before they were fuccillo Kia same here just different names More

To be sure our sedona iissafe and reliable I took it to the Kia deaer in our area. I was met by Mr Humberto Molina who is the best advisor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He explained every thing that he thought i would need done as far as maintenace dictated and nothing else. There was nothing that he tried to push off on me and only what I needed and nothing else, unlike the last two nationwide auto centers that advertised an oil change and rotation of the tires for under 20 dollars and by the time i left the bill was over one hundred for repaiirs not needed, Humberto gave me a estimate that came out to the penny and nothing more. all in all the new owner of wesley chapel Kia restored my faith in Kia and gave me comfort not having to worry about my wife and kids hile they are on the road. To make matters worse, the service consultant did a bait-and-switch on the tires: I had been quoted a price on tires with a 60,000 mile warranty, but they installed substandard Nexen tires instead. The dealership also provided no ownership materials on the tires. If you want your time wasted and your money stolen, this is your dealership. More
Beware Wesley Chapel I live near their Cape Coral FL dealership and have a KIA I took it in to have a recall notice taken care of. After 1 1/2 hours they came back said thanks for coming in you are all taken care of gave me my keys and paperwork. I put the paperwork in the glove compartment and left. The next day a nice lady called and asked when I wanted to come back and have the work done. I thanked her but said the work had been done. She asked if I could get the paperwork they gave me, I did, and she was right. The part the guy the day before said was put on wasnt. MY FAULT! I TAKE THE BLAME! I SHOULD NOT HAVE LISTENED TO FUCCILLIOS REP When I called KIa to complain, they stated they could do nothing to compensate me, but said they told KIA owners when this happened to call the dealership back and asked about compensation. When I called back I got the service manager. He agreed it was their mistake but said he could do nothing to compensate me for it. He expected me to take more time off from work (losing money) and drive 30 miles because of their mistake. They scheduled the time because they had to get the part.. I dont know if they lost the part or ordered the wrong part. Businesses do make mistakes but then they make it right with their customer. My car buying experience with this dealership was fine, but they have the worst service department. There is always only 1 guy working the service counter so you’re always waiting for them to get off the but they have the worst service department. There is always only 1 guy working the service counter so you’re always waiting for them to get off the phone or finish up with a customer. You just don’t get a sense of urgency that I’ve seen at other dealerships (I’ve recently owned a Honda and Mazda) so it's already a slow process. I recently stopped in because my windshield washer fluid wasn't coming out. I was told I needed to have the pump replaced and that they’d have to order the part. The service guy said it would take about 5 to 7 days for the part to get in and then they would give me a call to set up a follow up appointment. A week went by, I called and the part still wasn’t there. I never got a call from Kia and ironically the fluid started to work on its own. Today I called Kia for the heck of it to see if the part had come in (it’s now been a month). The guy put me on hold for a few minutes and said “oh yeah it’s in, do you want to set up an appointment?” I told him I was angry that no one had ever called me and all he said was, “I guess we’ll just send the part back”. If I didn’t have a prepaid service plan with Kia I would go somewhere else!! More
