Francisco was, has been, and always will be the best! Francisco and I go back at least 2 years and every time he has treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. His customer service is excellent and his willingness to go above an beyond is evident every time I come into Fuccillos for service. This time he went way above-- My 2.5 year old son had gone to the bathroom and I hadn't grabbed my bag with his diapers and wipes before the car went into the bays. I told Francisco and asked how long the car would be--so I could try to "figure out a solution". He jumped up, ran out and grabbed the diapers and wipes from the trunk for me and brought them back fast. He then found a better deal for me and saved me some extra dollars which again he didn't have to do. Francisco is my go to guy! Very knowledgeable and likes to explain everything out to you as far as different options. More

Great Experience From scheduling my maintenance to driving away after it was completed, Fuccillo KIA service made it a breeze. Was met by one of the service advisors b From scheduling my maintenance to driving away after it was completed, Fuccillo KIA service made it a breeze. Was met by one of the service advisors before I had time to get out of my car. He was friendly and professional and took over from there. I waited in the area nearby and had coffee and fruit available there and watched TV while browsing through reading materials. Before I knew it, my car was ready. They even offered me a car wash! But it looked like rain, so I declined. I will definitely be back! More
