Needed tire checked. Losing air. Waited 15 min (10 past appt) for write up. Advisor Jonathan seemed to be hoping someone else would do it. Told 2 times it was driver fron Losing air. Waited 2 hours for J to tell me they sprayed the tire & no leak. I told him I put 20 psi in tire that morning & sensor was tripped. He asked if I wanted them to look at it again...YES. Told him again it was driver front. He said it was fine & gave me the I-Don't-Give-A-xxxx stare when I asked if I should just wait for a blow out (Rude, but I was annoyed). J's demeanor was like he was just going through the motions from the moment he started the write up until the end. I have 3500 miles on this car. I was angry that he was so dismissive. I was angry that I was going to have to buy new tires so I wouldn't have a blow out on the highway & hurt myself or others. I was ENRAGED when I got home & the invoice said they checked my back tires. HE WAS TOLD 3 TIMES IT WAS THE DRIVER FRONT! The lesson is the most important thing is to sit in the service department & listen when buying a new car. The real cost of a car is time/money spent in maintenance NOT the sticker price. Kia of Wesley Chapel is not reliable. More
The only reason why I'm writing this negative comment: after talking with 1 service line employee and 2 managers concerning their lack of communication is - no follow-up with me when I was told they'll ha after talking with 1 service line employee and 2 managers concerning their lack of communication is - no follow-up with me when I was told they'll have to investigate it. On 4/6/22 I thought the service department had checked and corrected two recalls. During this visit they also did a courtesy check and recommended the right rear hub. Had to prepaid for hub. Two days later (4/8) hub came in and they installed it. On 4/12 got another recall letter from Kia corporate. Went back thinking this was a new recall. Found out it was checked out on 4/6 (so they say) but they had not done what they said on 4/6 concerning the one recall I originally took it in for. Hears my point. If it wasn't for the corporate letter from Kia stating of another recall, I would have never known the major recall on 4/6 wasn't completed. All this can be verified by their courtesy videos to me. More

Terry is a problem solver. There are allot of moving parts within a dealership. Most of the time everyone is trying to do the right thing but it doesn't always go as planned. Any issue with a staff member, process, or communication once Terry is engaged you can be certain that your issue will be resolved in a timely, competent and complete manor. The best compliment I can provide is that once in his hands I no longer have to stress over it because I know it will get done and I will receive status without having to chase it down. Thanks Terry!
